    I had my roof replaced last year, 2023. There is an area where the roof is sinking.I called several times to get this taken care of. It took 3 weeks for Zytek to respond and answer my call.When I finlay spoke with their staff, I was promised that their representative would call me to set a date and time for inspection.Once again, no one called me. After many calls, their representative came to the house and agreed the area must be fixed and it is under warranty. I was told a staff member would come to repair it. I did not hear form Zytek Roofing. I called and texted, including the **** My calls and messages have been bounced around to ignore me.Then ZyteK passed the project on to a subcontractor whose phone number he would not give me. Ever since I have not heard from any of Zytek representative or that subcontractor.First of all, I hired ZyteK Roofing. Zytek advertised and promised to do the job as Zytek Roofing and one that is certified with ***** Corning for the contract. I was promised 1 year warranty on the labor.There was no mention of subcontractors completing the job. I hired Zytek Roofing and I paid Zytek Roofing. Now Zytek Roffing is avoiding and ignoring my request. That is extremely poor service, false advertising and promise that their company will be doing the work they were hired and contacted for.Shame on you Zytek Roofing!*****

    What can I say I have never been a roof bragger but, here I go and its all about Zytek Roofing. We have been trying to get a new roof since March to NO fault of Zytek. My insurance company ??. However, **** made the experience so much easier. From pictures, videos, many phone calls, emails, texts, to even meeting us on the weekend to get us what we needed, he was amazing. We got our new roof today. His crew was professional and quick. **** even came by this evening to check the finished project and to make sure we were satisfied. Absolutely we Are! Thank you **** and your team! We love our beautiful roof!
