    In July of 2023, I had this company install a fence on my property and by September 2023 the wood was covered in mold. They knowingly installed moldy wood and I brought it to their attention and was told I need to pressure wash it and stain it. I have also tried unsuccessfully to get them to come out and make other repairs they agreed to remedy. There are several other residents in my community facing the same problem with this company.

    The wood that was installed at Mr. ********** home was purchased from our local Lowes store. He was told to pressure wash and then stain the wood because that was the response we got from the store when we called in about the wood. We did not knowingly install molded wood at his property, therefore we reached out and asked him about this complaint that he submitted to the BBB and he said that he did not type the word knowingly.  We pride ourselves in great customer service and doing great work for our customers. We are working with him in contacting ***** to replace the parts that are molded. 

    The others in his neighborhood that had the same problem with the wood from the same Lowes location has been resolved. I am attaching a copy of the text message from this customer saying that he did not say we knowingly installed molded wood.

    Fence and deck Refuse to finish my fence after already received payment through the financing company stated I owe payment to them and I dont

    ****************** has an unpaid balance that she owes to complete and finish the job. She had most of her project financed through one of the banks we use for our customers. Unfortunately, bank would only approve her for a certain amount, therefore she has to come out of pocket with the remainder.  I am going to enclose the invoice that was sent to ******************* showing that she owes the company and refuses to pay. Once the invoice has been paid we can render the services. As you will see she owes $1496.00 and also sending the payout from the bank .

    The financing was for the fence and deck which was paid before the job started this invoice was made after the fact and was never agreed upon . Why would I do financing and out of pocket when the financing covers the complete job. They are telling all counts of lies. If you wasnt paid why would you do the entire fence and then stop all of sudden. Im trying to attach pictures but it not acceptable
