    I googled and found ***** **** Glass to replace my son's broken window for his 2011 ***** Ridge Line. I contacted Mr. ******************** about doing the job. Around 06/13/2023, he asked for a deposit of $100 to order the replacement glass. On 06/15/ 2023, he said that he was coming to replace the glass. He then called and said that they sent him the wrong glass. It was then rescheduled for 06/20/23 he never showed up. This time he stated that he was sent the wrong glass. He rescheduled for 06/22/2023, but apparently, the glass never arrived. He then scheduled for 06/28/2023. This time, he scheduled another ***** Ridgeline along with my sons, so his tech went to the other job, not ours. We had no communication from him for an entire week. When he finally returned our call, it was 07/03/2023, claiming he was on vacation in **************. I contacted him on 07/06/2023, inquiring if he was still on vacation. ************ finally came clean and said that he could not complete the job, and he was trying to contract it out but was being charged more than he initially charged us. So it was decided that he would refund the deposit once the glass was returned on 07/10/2023. I called him on 07/13/2023, asking if the money had not yet deposited into his account. His response was once the money is returned to his account he will send it. On 07/17/2023 I texted and asked if the money was not returned to his account. On 7/19/2023, he wondered if he should ***** the money back, and he was instructed to Zelle it to us. Today 7/20/2023, he advised me to stop blowing up his telephone; he will send the money once he gets it. This job was supposed to be completed within a week or, at most, two weeks. According to his reviews, this is not the 1st occurrence of him not refunding deposits.
