    My husband and I have used KNG delivery on numerous occasions. Not sure we will anymore. We placed an order for delivery last night, 7/10/2023, for food from MacAlisters. We got a text advising that order had been placed. After waiting 1 hour 15 minutes, I called the customer service number to see what the delay might be. The line was busy. I checked the KNG website and it wasn’t working. I tried calling about 30 more times and got a busy signal each time. I tried several times to access the website, which apparently is down. Still down today, 7/11/23. Calls are not going through. We never got our food and our bank was charged about $43.00. Our bank advised that the charge could not be reversed. So we paid for food we never received. We will continue to try reaching out to KNG to see if they will make this right.
