      I purchase a car from this Garza on January 3rd 2024. My car was towed around 11am on February 15th 2024 due to insurance cancellation. They told me once I get my insurance back on my vehicle, I can get my car back. I reinstated my insurance the same day. I called them to let them know and showed them proof. They were very disrespectful and told me not to rush them and that they do not know where nor who towed my vehicle. This went on for the next day as well. It took me to get the law involved for them to at least give me the number to where it was so that I could go get my belongings. They still have not put a release on my car. I’m up to date on my payments and insurance and I still can not get my car. I really would hate to have to file a civil suit.

      They are not willing to help my and mail her the title to my dads car after they have been married 33 years and he got killed...they want her to drive 4 hours to pick it up and then leave. We both have called and tried to talk to the manager but she refuses and hangs the phone up in our face and has an attitude...this is unacceptable

      You cannot release a title to anyone other than the legal owner of the vehicle. We asked for some type of proof of who the title was to be released to (power of attorney, executor of estate etc.) The only part of this review that is correct is that they were hung up on because they were screaming being belligerent to office staff and would not listen to what was being explained to them.
