    July 22 Company came to install a shower that needed to be replaced. Shower they brought with them was NOT what they said they ordered and NOT what we asked for. They left the front door open which let in flies and forced our new air conditioner to work harder than it should have. When they did close the door they slammed it. At one point, smoke could be smelled and one of the workers noted this saying it smells like something is burning. This was when they were doing some type of sawing or drilling. They destroyed the tile and wall. The shower doesnt fit, again, because they didnt bring the correct one. They didnt put a waterproof pan under the shower so from the basement you can see the bottom of the shower which can lead to issues with mold and rot. Completely dissatisfying experience. Will never recommend them to anyone.

    This job was done correctly and efficiently. We stand by our work 100%. We were hired to do this work through habitat of humanity. We do not do Sheetrock work or repairs and this was made very clear prior to job being done. We have contacted Habitat regarding this complaint as well and will handle with them directly because we feel we did what we were hired to do which was plumbing work only.
