    I purchased a 2018 GMC ****** 1500 3.6.2024. Since then the vehicle and dealership have not met expectations. Two days after purchase a check engine light came on and read code: P0446 ( EVAP system). The truck was taken back to the dealership for repair on 3.12 where they "cleaned the lines". The same light and code have appeared three times since the first incident. I have asked the dealership for proof that the vehicle was in their service center and they have failed to provide proof of service on 3.12 because "there was no mechanic work done". This has been an ongoing issue and the most recent incident occurring 7.7. I reached out to the dealership the next day ( Monday ). The vehicle had to be left 3 hours from home to be repaired due to a fuel pump failure. Previously I have been provided a rental and pickup for repair for the truck. I have not received a phone call back this time. As of 7.23, I have not spoken to ********************* (General Sales Manager) who has received a voicemail about about every other day the week of 7/15, ******************* (Service Writer), or *************************** (Service Advisor). All who I have previously dealt with and have been advised to reach out to. This is unacceptable customer service. More payments have been made on the vehicle while in possession of ********* GMC of ********* rather than in my possession. I find ********* GMC of ****** buying the truck back at the sale value I purchased the truck for, or an even value trade-in for an equivalent truck in package, mileage, and price.

    I bought my vehicle through *** in *****, **. I bought the extended warranty for tires, rims and key. I made an appointment for my tires, rims and a missing key with this company on Monday 10/2 at 9:20am. I dropped off my car on Sunday night. They never called me Monday. I called 4 times, leaving a VM, leaving my name and phone number just for an update. Finally the service advisor, ******, called me back stating they couldnt find my keys, which was my fault.. I put them in the wrong box, but if they wouldve called me Monday it couldve been handled then and not delayed a day. She was on vacation and nobody took initiative to call me back smh. It took them Wednesday to call the ***************** which they told me they can only change the tires and not the rims as they are chrome and thats not covered. I wish I was told that when I bought the warranty, but whatever. They told me they will charge me for the reprogram fee of the key and I would have to call the *** I got the vehicle from instead of calling the key warrenty, they would not help me with the missing key fob.. How aggravating. ******, the service advisor, told me the car was done Wednesday but they are waiting for the warranty company to pay them and I have no deductible. She said ***** hours. I was mad it took this long, but I waited. Came in Friday and they told me I couldnt cause they still didnt pay. Refusing to give me my vehicle when I owe them nothing, its the warranty company that owes $80. They do not communicate, do not cover all warranty issues and tried making me wait. They ended up giving me my keys once I vented how poorly they handled my concerns and how horrible this is. I will not recommend this location nor will go back.
