Good Afternoon,
Mr Wendyam Stephanie Kere purchased the 2013 Ford Fusion July 3rd 2024, total cost with taxes and tag is $5507. He put down $3400, to pay the balance he owes within 1month interest free same as cash.
Weeks later he stopped by the dealership to say the brakes were getting bad, we suggested he takes to his mechanic to have it checked out as a "USED CAR DEALERSHIP" we do not provide after sale service all cars are sold "AS IS".
Before purchase, we always allow cutomers test drive, if they are not satified we suggest they can take it to a service center to have it checked out and do their due deligence. After sale, the customer is responsible for their servicing. He left, went ahead to give us a negative review on the website.
He has delayed in paying off what he owes. He showed up September 6th to make a payment for $750 with a balance due of $1357 and said he will show up soon to pay it off. To our dismay we have received chargebacks letter from our merchant and now a letter from BBB.
Mr Wendyam is still in possession of this vehicle and has gone ahead in doing charge backs on the amount he has put down for the vehicle which is very fradulent.
Kindly review and find attached supporting documents for this sale; Bill of Sale, dated recipts with signatures and Drivers license and the charge back letter from our merchant.
Thank you

So I went to the dealership on 05/22/2023 to test drive a car that I saw on ******** marketplace. For 1 on the add it doesnt disclose any information about any issues that the car may have( internal/ cosmetic). After taking the car for a test drive, I then ask the seller is there anything wrong with car, has there been any accidents, and basically just trying to get the run down of the car. They tell me that everything looks good, that the car has recently been maintained and that everything looks good. We sign the papers and I go home and happened to look in the glove department of the purchased car. The car is a ******************** the glove department I found a service receipt from the company affordable dream cars stating that the car has low oil levels, a engine oil leak, and major rust/ sludge on the engine. The car also needs the transmission fluid to be replaced on the car. Within less than 24hours I brought the car back to get a understand of why I was sold this car without being shown that receipt of service. The advised me that the receipt was incorrect saying that Grease Monkey only does the oil changes for that company cars and nothing else. The seller also told me that he personally didnt know any information on the car. There was no solution reached because they are saying that they didnt sell me a faulty car. Like stated before none of the issues were given to me before signing the title. The dealer said that a 1 month warranty on the engine would be placed on, but doesnt cover the other issues that need to be addressed.Initial Complaint

We paid $10,000.00 for a 2011 ******** E-350 Silver Convertible paid to Affordable Dream Cars, LLC located in ******, ******* on 11/22/2022. We purchased the car in good faith believing that the car had no problems since the merchant advertised the car as having no problems, when it in fact has several problems. We have contacted Affordable Dream Cars, LLC to try and resolve this matter. We contacted Affordable Dream Cars, LLC on December 1, 2022 and again on December 12, 2022 to try and resolve the matter. However, the merchant, Affordable Dream Cars, LLC was unwilling to do anything to resolve the dispute. The car was advertised as having no problems via the sales listing. Our research shows they have repeatedly engaged in such type of behavior and several complaints have been filed against them. Affordable Dream Cars, LLC has continued to operate based on fraud, deception, and misrepresentation for too long by hiding behind As-Is clauses that do not cover deliberate criminal/unlawful activity. We contend and believe we can prove that Affordable Cars, LLC is using fake names, fraudulent locations, and addresses. And that they are selling vehicles with concealed pre-existing conditions in a deliberate attempt to misrepresent such vehicles, thereby knowingly defrauding and deceiving buyers. The actions of Affordable Dream Cars, LLC are both a civil and CRIMINAL matter. We reference ** Code involving Fraud, Misrepresentation, Misrepresentation of Material Fact and Deceit as committed by the representatives of Affordable Dream Cars, LLC. Further, evidence shows such actions were both deliberate and intentional, with full knowledge of what they were doing. Further, our evidence shows they have a pattern (propensity) of such unlawful behavior. We simply want to have our money refunded and to return the vehicle to Affordable Dream Cars, LLC. This is a clear-cut case of fraud perpetrated by Affordable Dream Cars, LLC. Supporting documents and photo evidence are attached.Business Response
