1 starI want the tires changed as promised, and I want the cpo inspection checklist showing what was done and how the vehicle was listed as certified with tires have to be replaced within 5000 miles of purchase. I don't feel safe driving the vehicle in this condition, the maintenance tech took the wheel locks off, and put the stock lug nuts on, and did not provide another set of wheel locks or an adapter to replace what was on the truck. This was by far the worse vehicle shopping experience. I purchase a 2020 ram 1500 with cpo warranty. During the show and test drive, I mentioned the tires were low in tread, and that would be a concern for the purchase. I was promised that new tires were ordered and would be replaced. After purchasing the vehicle on Sat, I was told by the sales manager, I would have to return to the dealership for tire swap and to receive the wheel lock adapter, maint was closed. I did not receive any cpo warranty info! I returned on Mon and was promised that the tires were in the shop and ready for install. I waited patiently for 3 hours, but the manager stated that the tires did not need to be changed, and to speak with the cpo tech. I advised that I did not feel safe driving the vehicle with low tires, and how can a vehicle be certified with tires that does not meet the requirements? Spoke with the cpo tech, and his words were, "there's meet on the tires." All four tires had visible wear indicators between the tread, and I had a tread depth meter. The meter showed 2/32- 3/32, in the yellow and some red was showing. I went back to the sales manager and asked for the *** inspection checklist and warranty information, and no one could provide me with that info for my vehicle. This was unprofessional by all staff, and I'm not satisfied with the purchase. No one was concerned about my safety, and no one provided any helpful info showing that the vehicle was certified by date, remaining time, or what is covered under the warranty. No follow up to this date.Review fromShakina S

1 starI would actually give 0 stars if I could. Landmark has completely ruined my Jeep. I purchase the car with 0 miles in 2020. I only have 39k on the car and I only drive it to travel and keep up with the maintenance regularly, the past two times Ive gone in for an oil change my car comes back to me with an oil leak. Im not understanding why certified technicians cant do their jobs accurately. I got an oil change on 8.10.24 to travel out of town for my sons birthday on 8.15.24 I returned from vacation and my oil light was on, there was no oil in my car at all. My husband had to put 4 bottles of oil in my car and now I have another oil leak that they claim to have fixed the first time they caused it during a previous oil change. I stopped in and requested my refund due to the service not being completed correctly and the service manager ***** told me no in good faith he could not return my money for the incomplete oil change. He told me that my car was supposed to lose oil because I went traveling and that was normal hes been doing this for 23 years and this is normal for 2.4cyn Jeep. I have never heard of this in my life and have never been around such incompetent technicians and service managers. I will not return to this dealership for ANYTHING I will have my car fixed some place else. DO NOT PURCHASE OR HAVE SERVICE HERE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 0/10. Terrible service! The manager ***** didnt seem to really care about my issue, but did refund my money. To shut me up and send me on my way. Not pleased with the service!Review fromJameila J

1 starThe only dealership you cant just drop in and get your car serviced, no you must make an appointment for two months out, now the problem you presented with is worse and then you have more things to worry about. made the appointment in April, didnt get in until late June. Absurd , not to mention ******************* never calls back, they put you on hold until you forget and hang up.. I have extended warranty on my vehicle, went in for air troubles for them to keep the car a week and tell me that it only needed a coolant flush, never in my 44 yrs has the coolant being equal to th ac.. ac worked two days after picking car up to only go right back out.. called and spoke with another lane manager. advised him that I was coming back, but he advised no tech work on weekends.. shut this place down.. all i se are complaints and the bbb have the nerve to give this place a passing score. they are just half way completing serice to keep you coming backReview fromEvangeline R

1 starI dropped my car off at the ********** Dodge dealership in ******* the day before Thanksgiving of 2023. I was unable to contact anyone until December 20th, when I contacted my warranty company. They informed me the dealership just contacted them today. They advised me to take my car to Landmark Dodge in ******. My car has been there since then. I was told a month ago I need an engine and that the warranty company approved. TIL this day my car is still sitting there. Its a 2018 Dodge Challenger 692 with the number 10 on it. Will someone please let me know whats going on?Review fromCarl M

1 starPurchased a used car from this dealer on a Saturday and was told i couldnt get the car until Monday to give the tech time to fix some minor issues. Picked the car up monday trunk was still broken camera was still broken and interior dome light was still hanging. Tried to come in on a Saturday to have everything fixed and was told i couldnt be seem because of the service wait. Dropped my car off monday and was told that the job would take a day or two. That was a lie. Called wednesday and was told that my car would have to be shipped to a ***** dealer because a ***** tech would have to wire the camera and dome light. Called back friday to see if my car had been shipped and unfortunately it was still sitting outside of the landmark shop. Called monday to speak with the manager first 5 calls i was forwarded to the manager and calls were disconnected somehow. After about 7 tries i finally spoke with the manager. His response was he would look into the situation and get back with me. 2days pass i call several times and cant reach him (Calls being forwarded and dropped AGAIN) i get off of work and head to Landmark, just for the manager to say i still dont know whats going on with your car, thats why i havent returned your call. I dont know if your car is still here or if it has been shipped and im out of the office tomorrow but ill give you a call friday and let you know something when i get back. At this point i regret doing business at this dealershit!Review fromLinda G

1 starIf I could give an eighth of a star....I would. I do not appreciate the ****************** continually lieing to me for a MONTH. It wad just a fuel pump replacement. ONE MONTH!!! The service writer lied to me more than once about the part being in and them starting on my vehicle. I can take the hard truth...but when you lie to (more than once even) your credibility is s*** to me!!Review fromElvira A

1 starI came into this dealership looking for a Dodge RAM 2023. after spending several hours negotiating, I was finally able to get and all I needed was proof of address and my SS card. I provided these but after a month of having the vehicle in my possession, the dealership calls me stating that i wasn't approve for the loan due to lack of proof on income which initially they accepted. I feel lied to and disrespected as a consumer. The Manager's didn't care about the hardship this is adding to my life. I really needed the vehicle and made sacrifices to get the down payment, etc. not an apology for the situation or anything. worse dealership ever.Review fromB. B

1 starI would like to make a service complaint on Landmark Dodge of ******, **. I originally took my 18' Dodge Durango in for a leak, check engine light, and starter issue on. I was told that the technicians would have to do a diagnostics test. I had to wait two and half weeks to even hear anything about my vehicle, after calling everyday. I was told the leak was a water pump/coolant leak. The other issues were apparently fixed without any other work or parts, so there was no charge other than the water pump. I found this very odd that they were diagnosed my red/brownish fluid leak with a water pump. I trusted the diagnostic process of the technician and employees of Dodge. I paid the fee, and drove my vehicle home. The next day, I still had the same leak I originally took the vehicle for. Also, my check engine light would come back on. Being that I spent $1,300 on the original diagnostic, I took it back to Dodge so they could look again. After having my vehicle for another 2.5 weeks, and having to repeatedly call, because my advisor would never return my messages or phone calls, I finally received a phone call this morning, stating they found the reason to my leak problem and check engine light. They are now charging me another $1,600+ to fix the issues that I originally brought my vehicle for. The original diagnostic check was a misread/error on Dodge Landmark and the employees at hand. I paid $1,300+ for nothing to have been fixed, and now they are charging me another $1,600+ for the issues that should have been fixed the first time.I am highly disappointed in Landmark Dodge and its team. I wish I would have read the reviews on ****** before taking my vehicle in for service. I would like to request a refund on the service that I originally paid for the first time, or fix that leak that should've been addressed.Review fromChandler D

1 starI came into this dealership in the market for a vehicle. I was tricked, lied to, mislead, discriminated against, and had my rights violated along with having someone at this dealership forge my signature on documents. I was provided documentation that blatantly showed someone signed my name on an additional services and warranties I never requested but was already calculated into my charge. They included customer service fees additionally and refused to let me see my Truth in lending statement when I requested. I was yelled at and verbally assaulted by multiple managers. Along with going through the entire chain of command up to the ** and have yet to get a response. The service here is scary, appalling, and down right discriminatory and disturbing. They use shady tactics to make sales and *****************, **********, and *********************** are terrible to deal with and offer little to no assistance. I have yet to been provided an updated contract in which I was told would be given and this has all happened within 3 Days!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!Reach out to the State Attorney General, Consumer ************************** BBB, if they have done wrong hold them accountable. And these are the steps they are taking advantage, addings miscellaneous fees, falsifying documents, and ***************** and refuse to speak with you if you try to get in contact. You will have to get with a Consumer attorney. Specifically one who focuses on dealerships. They violated my rights. And have yet to assist or remedy the situation after committing fraud and forgery.Review fromLatia P

1 starI brought my Jeep wrangler in for service the last week of March 30 2023 and explained I keep having issues with brakes and got them changed out over 6 times in 8 months . In the paper work it expressed I said I wanted my abs /brake system checked. I was told the issue was I wasnt using Jeep parts HA ok. So they had my car for over a week and redid my Cali over , brakes , and rotors. Third week of April I started having the same issues and it was hard to accelerate . I brought my Jeep back in 4/24 and after a few days they learned that my brake line needed replacement . Why wouldnt that be checked instead of telling me BS about ***** not using genuine jeep parts when I asked for my brake system to be checked . 4/29 I got my car back March 3/30 I also brought my car in for AC not working properly and hearing a hissing noise. So my AC was recharged but guess what when I picked my car back up 4/29 I had NO AC and as of 5/11/2023 has not been able to get in contact with my service advisor and have received no helped . Only thing I was told was I was right about my brakes . I mean duh Now im waiting for the service manager to call to see what can be done about my AC which it has been close to 90 degrees
