    Refused to provide service as unit was old. They expect for you to spend 5000 dollars every 10 years on a toilet. Would give them 0 stars if possible

    We had a Toto "in tank wall system" installed in a house we built eitht years ago. The system failed and **** replaced the system. However we spent $5,543 to have the system installed. I sent a letter to its chief executive and to its general consul asking for reimmbursement and have not had a reply from them. I can't believe in a wall system does not have an indefinite life. Who would lnstall such a system if they knew they would have tear out a wall to repair or replace it in the future. Also, why did they feel responsible to replace, but not to install?.     Just like several of the others here, my toilet was over $800 and is less than a year old, and the proprietary "flush tower" that they put in their toilets has already failed, and the water just runs incessantly. Customer service has been extremely unresponsive and is trying to do whatever they can to dodge replacing the bad parts until the warranty is up. Absolutely never EVER buying a product of theirs again.

    **** provided the most amazing service to me and it has to be acknowledged! DecorPlanet.com improperly shipped a TOTO toilet to me and it was shattered in the box. Because I did not discover this until *********** came a couple weeks later to install it, *********** refused to replace or refund it because it was outside of their 48-hr window to report issues, even though they had shipped it sideways. I reached out to TOTO to see if they could help getting DecorPlanet to replace the toilet. Instead, **** decided to replace it themselves!! They went above and beyond with their customer service and I truly appreciate it. This is how you build customers for life. Kudos, and thank you, ****!!

    I would give the Toto Washlet 550e a negative star if possible. I bought the Washlet from a local dealer and it worked for a day and one half. I called the dealer on Monday morning and he said call **** technical support, that does not field calls on weekends, and they opened a complaint for me with an email confirmation. No response for 3 days until I filed a complaint with the PA ************************** Non-responsive customer service for a defective product.

    I'll never purchase another Toto product after pouring $450 down the toilet buying the Washlet SW3084 in November 2021. After 18 months the unit failed, no longer spraying through the wand. Toto customer service advised me to ship it in a provided box, pay $175, and wait. I explained that I had Amazon ship this item to my home in ****** and that return would be extremely complicated and expensive. The representative I spoke with today could have cared less and offered no alternatives. A unit this expensive should not fail after 18 months, unless it's designed for failure. (BTW, have 7-step whole house filtration that removes all total dissolved solids, so scale buildup is not the issue). I've bought or built many houses over the years and always went to Toto first. Not anymore.

    Toilet is a year old, the water keeps running and the components in the tank already need to be replaced. Company wont help because I didnt keep a receipt, but i have never had an issue with a toilet in owning 6 different houses, some of them with rough renters in them. For an expensive toilet brand, it shouldnt be having issues already. The toilet seat plastic is also getting aging coloured like an off white beige.. it looks terrible. Dont throw your money away with this brand. Im going back to American standard for my toilets.

    Ordered A 1.6 gal flush. Box for tank said 1.6 gal flush , had it installed and when we looked inside the tank after installation we noticed it said **** flush we then looked at box again knowing it said 1.6 however a new sticker was placed over the old one that said ****. So they knew they was sending me the wrong toilet. I have pictures to show of what I am talking about. Total cover up. Will be looking for a place to leave reviews and post pictures. Stuck with a toilet that I did not order. Totally scammed
