    BBB unable to locate business
    I hate making reviews on ****** unless necessary. In February I went to **** for my 2021 and 2022 taxes both in which were paid for to be completed. We had a mishap where both had to be fixed because of my healthcare. I submitted my information and only the 2022 taxes were corrected For months I contacted her to get my ************************************ that after the 2022 tax season was over that my taxes would be worked on. I called and emailed for months with no answer or response from her or her assistant. This was super frustrating because I am a young entrepreneur who in-trusted someone with my money and tax information and couldn't get a response from her. The fact that the money has already been taken out makes it even worst. I wouldn't mind if she didn't want to deal with me as a client but as a business owner communication and transparency is KEY! I have had to search for a new tax person and it's tough to even trust anyone now because of what has happened to me. I personally met **** in person and she seemed amazing but the communication between her and her client could have been better. I am disappointed with the service that I received from her. I even recommended her services to other people because of our initial interaction but after what I have been through I would not recommend her services.
