    We purchased a truck about 2 weeks ago. It had a check engine light on, and the manager told us to bring it back when the repair shop was open. Ive purchased $120 (roughly) in coolant. It has a leak. Took it back to the dealership, they told me they wont do anything. Had a diagnostics on it, it has a cracked head gasket. We were told it has a new motor in it. I was told they ran tests, why wasnt I told this? They never did tests. Tried calling several times, have been lied to and hung up on. They know they sold us a broken vehicle. This is easily a $3000 (retail cost) fix. Plus we are going to be out the only vehicle we have while the repairs are being done. All I want is the truck repaired to drivable condition and a rental car while they are doing the repairs.

    ALL the cars on the lot in ****** have a "moldy smell", which generally represents that there was water pooling (damage) in the car at some point. The interiors of ALL the cars on the lot have NOT and WILL NOT be cleaned. The 2016 Cadillac CTS (removed from website) has a "urine odor" indicative of not being cleaned since previous owner.The 2016 (P-38712)White Charger (w/ the spray painted front fender) shows signs of an accident, rust spots, missing letters on the trunk emblem, over 126K miles and asking for $27K. The 2017 ( P-*****) Grey Charger, the passenger side door panels are peeling away from the doors and you want $27K? ALL the Chargers on the lot have major cosmetic defects, that Pars Cars could care less to address. Both the Lexus IS 250 Sport ( P-*****) and Lexus GS 350 (P-39039)have broken windshields and neither car will have their windshields repaired by Pars Cars, it will be up to the unlucky buyers to get it replaced.And don't think that you will get to "TEST DRIVE" any of their vehicles, w/o putting your deposit down first, which will make you feel obligated to buy. These are very deceptive business practices. Pars Cars are PREDATORS, looking for people who are in desperate need of transportation. Please check the BBB site before you think about purchasing at Pars Cars (ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS). Do you Due diligence, ask the questions many are afraid to ask. Many of their vehicles are Flood cars, Pars Cars will NOT provide any vehicle history reports (Carfax, ect), due to them knowing that their cars are not worthy of being sold at any repetible dealership. US Auto had better vehicles than this place. Pars Cars is an "AS-IS" dealership, which gives them the freedom to sell lemons, w/o being held liable for the repairs. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
