    On August 22, 2023 I bought some lights for our porch from leanlight. When I got the items, the lights would not mount correctly to the outlet box where I wanted them. I did hook one up to see how it worked and it wasnt bright enough . I contacted leanlight for a return. I got a reply, with a RMA #0T11EVMO and where the email stated to send the item to was blank. After numerous attempts for me to call them with no answers. I filled a dispute with my credit card company. Which was unsuccessful. After the dispute, I got another email from leanlight stating there was an error in their system about the return address. But email also gave no other information. I finally found an address to send the items but while all this was happening I was worried about sending the items back and not get the money returned. Still I have not been able to contact leanlight or talk to anyone there. The amount of the charge was $53.43 on August 22, 2023. My RMA email was August 27, 2023 that had no other info to where to return items. Leanlight is very evasive in communicating. Below is a copy on the return email.Its time to return your items Hi *************************,We have approved your return request (RMA #0T11EVMO). Please follow the shipping instructions below to return your items. 1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:3. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items, and when a refund is issued.     We were changing our return automation during the time this customer requested a return.  Before we finalized the return, the customer submitted a chargeback.  We are still willing to provide the refund if the customer returns the items in unused resellable condition.  Below is the link to the return label.
