      This is the email I tried to send. Gentlemen:I cannot reach you on either of the phone numbers I have for you. On Wednesday, 11/14/23, one of your technicians (DE) came to service my lawn. After putting the sign on our yard, he came to the door, and before I could answer, walked back towards the truck. I opened the door, called to him, and he said he was here to spray for pre-emergent weeds. After sitting in the truck for about 10 minutes, he started to pull away. Then stopped, came to the door and said he had to get gas for the hoses. He returned, sat in the truck for an additional 10+ minutes, then pulled one of the hoses and walked to the back gate. He did not enter the back yard, and walked back to the truck, where he proceeded to roll up the hose. He then took the spreader from the back of the truck, put some sort of pellets in the spreader. Apparently he had spilled some of the pellets, so he tried to pick up a small pile from the street. Added more, spilled again. He then made ONE pass through the front yard, two through the back, put the spreader back on the truck and sat in the truck for an additional 10+ minutes. As you can see from the photo, liquid was supposed to have been applied. This is not the first time that one of your technicians has done a shoddy job- I called after the last treatment. I would like some assurance that the next treatment will be done as it should be, and if you cant give me that assurance, I would like to cancel service and receive a refund for this treatment and any additional treatments that have been prepaid.***** du Feu *******************************************************************************

      On 7.28.2023 unlimited lawn care llc came to my house to service the home. If youre unhappy with the results, give us a callwe provide a complete service guarantee.This is their statement they are the opposite of their mission statement. I was charge $43 for services I was not receiving. The tech would come out and report he service the home and it was false. I am request a refund of $43 for non-service.

      I noticed many burned spots while mowing my front yard lawn that caused by spilling chemical while spray weed killer or fertilizer by ultimate lawn service person . I called this company to have a supervisor visit for inspection but a week passed and still waiting. Also I received an email saying that Ultimate lawn care service was done at the day I was at my front yard for **** trimming all day. I did not encounter with service person . Of course there was no service note they always PROUDLY put on my front yard after service is done. What that means is, they did not perform the service but sent an email saying they have serviced my lawn. No service is done but charged . File a complaint by email at the same day but again NO RESPOND.Can not trust this company at all. No ************* next year.

      I have been paying for lawn care treatment that DO NOT WORK! I spoke with 2 representatives that told me that my services were paused until I called back in. This was the alternative they offered when I informed them that I wanted to cancel. They ended in sending a technician to my home ANYWAY. I turned him away and they are STILL trying to charge me for a service that does not work and that I did not want. They also lied and stated that the treatment was completed. This is also false. ************** arrived and were cutting my grass. So its no way a treatment was applied. I have both video and picture evidence.

      I was responsible for the bill since I did not call to tell them not to come to my home. I was like that is bull c*** because of my work; I have to answer my phone, but when I received those calls, I did not pay them any attention because I had canceled the service. I received a call from **** with the collection office regarding the bill, and I immediately called ULC regarding being sent to collections. I spoke with *****, and she told that she would research what happened, and that was on June 14 & she would call me back the next day because they can track the trucks and so forthlies, no call back from anyone. I called again on June 16 and spoke with ***** and explained what happened, and he claimed to have talked to the supervisor/manager about my complaint, and she told me that since my story had changed slightly, she would not credit the bill. I advised ***** my account did not change; the company put in fake notes. (The lady in the background saying pay the ****** This ordeal has been nothing but a headache. I now understand why they have a low score with BBB and other sites. I had even off to pay half of the $153.90 on this account, and they would not even accept that this was soooooo horrible. Bad business; the supervisor nor the manager would not get on the phone to try to fix the issue. The next step is getting an attorney to keep this off my credit. The sad part is that ***** admited that the technician has gotten several complaints from customers of the same thing. However, since he is the owner nephew, that is why they won't say anthing to him.

      I have only done one treatment with this company and already theres been many issues. Being so I called and emailed saying I want to close my account and the gentleman said they would get it handled. The following day I got a called saying theyll be coming the next business day for treatment. I called right after receiving the call and told an employee I have already called to close the account shortly after he said theyll handle it and hung up the call. I proceeded to call 2 more times and they kept hanging up. I then called from another number and the same employee answered. I confronted him on why he hunged up on me and he said in a rude manner they will handle it. I asked him why they havent closed the account and he informed me that its because they dont want to. They want to continue charging me for services I dont want please help. I have attached proof that I sent them a message on their message slot.

      This is the most horrible lawn care services of them all. I hired unlimited lawncare to do my yard in April of 2023 , to do monthly service and aeration ,My aeration was scheduled 3 times but never happened then one person say they performed the service but they did not. I have tried numerous times to get a refund and cancel service but to no avail they keep saying a manager is gonna call but one never does.

      Lawn is without grass with lots of weeds despite treatment for a year. As requested I sent in email of pictures of lawn with bare spots on 03/21/2023 and re-sent on 04/13/2023. After waiting two weeks without follow up from initial email, I called and spoke to manager **** in April 2023. He reviewed the pictures I sent in and agreed lawn should not be in this state. He advised that I wait through the weekend "for it to rain" and promised to return call "on Monday or Tuesday"; to date, this has not happened. Next, I called in and spoke to manager *****, in May 2023, who reviewed the photos I sent into Helpdesk. He too agreed lawn should not be in this state and promised to come to my home to "walk the property"; to date, this has not occurred. I called business today 05/19/2023 and spoke with agent who advises will notify manager of my call. Consequently, I am through with this company. Services have not been delivered and my lawn progressively worsening. I've actually spent additional monies to keep (front) lawn (the only thriving part of my lawn) in a state that my *********************** will find acceptable and that I will not be fined for. I am due compensation for payment of $407.00 because of damage to my lawn, this represents the total amount paid to this business for substandard services.

      In March of 2022, I began using the services of this company. When I was sold the services, the salesman, ** was his name, told me that this service was month to month. He also told me that I could end the service at any time. Fast forward to last summer and my yard is covered in dallisgrass and looked worse than many of the untreated yards in my neighborhood. I contacted the company and they came out and retreated the weeds but could do nothing for the grass they ruined for the season. During this visit, the tech told me that the reason I was having these issues with weeds was because I started too late to get the pre-emergent application placed on my yard. After dealing with this issue, I asked that my service be stopped but I was told that I would still be charged the remainder of my contract, which seems to be a running theme with this company. I continued my service due to this fact and definitely wish I hadnt. Fast forward to 11/30/2022 and February 28, 2023, their techs claimed to have placed pre-emergent on my yard. While I dont have an issue believing that they came to my house on these particular days since they left a sign letting me know they had been there, but the curbside garbage can full of weeds I have pulled the last two days seems to contradict their reports. Whats really strange about all this is the fact I work from home most days and definitely dont recall seeing anyone working around my house during these times.Im not asking for much in this, but am requesting that my service be cancelled and they treat my yard at their expense until all weeds are killed, or they refund all money they accepted for a subpar performance. I have contacted the company to give them an opportunity to fix this mess but I figure it will be more excuses than fixing the problems they caused, just as it was last year.

      I ordered a one-time aeration service from Unlimited Lawn Care in 2021 and when offered contract service I decklined. I have just received a bill with charges for nonpayment on an aeration service performed in 2022. I haven't authorized this service and I was away for months and had the lawn serviced by another provider. I was told by the company rep that I need to cancel the service ahead of time; otherwise, they will come and perform the service every year. I told the rep I did not sign any agreements with them. How can a company perform services for which they did not receive my authorization? The email addres the company uses to send notifications is a "no response email." Any unwanted solicitation emails are going to junk mail.You can not respond to an email as it was a non-reply. I was abroad for a long time and can't call any company that states that we are coming to perform services. Last year I explicitly told the agent that it is a "one-time service".When I called the company today 10/26/22 I was told that even though I didn't sign any agreements the company automatically enrolled me in ongoing services. That is against me agreeing to buy a one-time deal.I refuse to pay for a service I did not order.
