Early this year I began using using unlimited lawn care for fertilization and weed control. The representative that showed up at mr door explained to me that their service was lower than any other in the area. He quoted me a price of twenty eight dollars and odd cents for eight treatments. He never explained that I would be billed over a twelve month period, Because I did not understand that even if no service was rendered I was still responsible for monthly installments, I failed to pay for the months that I didnt get service. Fast forward.I received a call from Unlimited lawn care while attending a cardio-rehab class. I spoke to him briefly. He informed me that because I had failed to pay those charges he was preparing to send my arrears to collection. He said that because I felt I had been misled by their representative he would be willing to cut me a deal and instead of the eighty six dollars owed the company was willing to accept half. I explained my situation to him making him further aware of where I was and asked him o give me a call back. He said he would in forty five minute. He never phoned me back. The next day I phoned him (*******************). After informing him that I would be cancelling my account he immediately began blackmailing me by telling how he would send my account to collection and ruin my credit if I did not pay eighty six dollars. I would appreciate ************** living up to his agreement with me.Thank you,Initial Complaint

During March of 2021, I signed up for the lawn care service with unlimited lawn care. Monthly payment of $ 38 was paid every month until November 15th of 2021. They destroyed my yard. Several time I put the complaint they did not fix it. I went to the office and asked for a manager to come and take a look, they did not do that. They seeded fescue in my brand new Bermuda sod . I asked them to take care of it , they did not do that. I asked for refund of the money I payed they did not give me a refund. One day they stop servicing and left the yard with weeds and the fescue. The new company I signed up with said, it will cost me 300 dollars extra to take care of the fescue in the yard, I want a full refund of all the payment I made and I want the cost of fescue removal. Or they can come out and take care of the fescue they seeded in my Bermuda yard.Initial Complaint

Around 11/24 or 11/25, I received an automated call from Unlimited Lawn Care informing me they would be out to treat my lawn. I immediately called and spoke with a customer support representative and asked her to cancel that service and services for the next 3 months. I am away from home a few days and return to find a sign next to my mailbox with the Unlimited Logo on it (indicates your yard has been treated). I placed the sign in the garbage and went on with life. On or about 12/13 I receive a call from a collection agency stating that I have an outstanding balance with Unlimited. Thinking it was for the service that I asked to be cancelled I called Unlimited on 12/15 only to find out that I had a balance from October too. I explained to the rep that I requested the service be stopped for November - February, she said I see where you called in but they went out the following week. I let her know that i am paying for October but not for the treatment that I asked to be cancelled. I asked if she could remove the November treatment and she said no, only a supervisor could so I asked for a supervisor. She took my contact information and stated that she would have a supervisor call me. **** called me on 12/16/21, I explained to her the same thing stated above and was told that I pay them for a service and she was not cancelling out the payment for the November treatment. I told her that is right, I pay you for a service and if I asked for it to be cancelled then it should have. She told me that I did not cancel the service , I asked it the lines are recorded to check the recordings. **** stated the calls are not recorded and again she was not removing the November treatment payment. I told her to cancel my service immediately she said she would but she is not removing the payment due and will continue to have collections call me for payment. About 20 mins after that I called back to ask for a corporate manager and reach ******, she took my name and number.
