1 starI took my truck to the dealership and was looking to trade it in for a new 2500. I was short on time and the salesman was very nice in helping me look at a couple of trucks and get out of there quickly. The next day they text me a couple of questions they had about my trade-in. I asked them to send me over a proposal with numbers that I could review and get back to them. This is where it all fell apart. They sent me proposal for a new 2500. The price they sent me was for a big horn ram 2500 for $74,740. I looked on their website and found a 2500 ram Laramie for $69,560. The Laramie has more features than the big horn and cost less money? Then I googled the Vin number to the truck that they sent in the proposal and found it at one of their competitors lots for $67,551. So why charge me an extra $7,189 for this truck instead of offering me a Laramie for less, or waiting until they get more big hits in and offer me a fair price. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. GIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.Review fromCharles L

1 starNO NO NO NO NO!! If you're completely looking to get screwed over by a dealer , this is the place to go!! Run from salesmen ***. Also they will not fix any car that has an issue before selling it, but they will tell you it's good to go! This card was given to my husband today. Let's see if he can honor his words and make the situation correct.... if that happens, I might possibly update this review. But until then , I stick with this god awful horrible experience , and unless you want a nightmare steer clear...UPDATE....Husband received call from ******************* us to take down the review last night, or he would not help us and the company would not help us fix the car that they sold us that was bad. Claiming they were trying to be nice. But being nice was not selling a car with known issues. I let it be known I would take down the review if they would help fix the problem that they sold us. I would update and be honest about it! We just received a phone call..... Because I would not take down review until the problem was fixed they said they will not fix the problem... By saying that alone, it's basically admitting they screwed up but because I posted a review talking about our experience they are holding it over us. Proving point again the store owner...manager head guy... Whatever you wanna call him did not keep his word as well. ..........Don't be fooled when you see a comment saying call us so we can make this, right. They don't make it right, not whatsoever. They told us to com pick up the car that they would not fix it.Review fromGwen M

1 starHorrible dealership that lies, lies and lies. We took our Ram trucks ( 2021 and 2019 ) to be traded for 2 gladiators. We drove 3 hrs one way cause the day before ****** told my husband that they could do us better than a local dealership. ( local dealership was offering us $44,000 for our **** ram, and $29,000 for our **** ram, both low miles and excellent condition). We get there...... and it was utter ********. They offered us $30,000 for the **** ram and $23,000 for our **** ram. Wanted ** to but money down. ****** had all the numbers, information, pictures and where we needed to be on everything. Oh yes we can do it just trust me if you come all this way it will be a better deal than that.... Once we left the customer service people had the gull to call my husband to find out how "great" our experience was... this dealership can go s**** themselves.Review fromDiego C

1 starDear **** Corporate,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the Newnan JCR service center. This is the second time that I have walked in to get my truck an oil change & tire rotation, and both times I have been treated in an unacceptable manner. As an African American woman, I cannot help but notice that the lack of acknowledgement and customer-friendly behavior is not a coincidence. When I walked into the service department, there were six Caucasian males standing around one person's desk area and they were ordering their lunch. Nobody acknowledged me as I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting to let them know the reason for my visit. No one looked my way, no one asked me if I needed help. I had to wait there for 10 minutes before I turned around to leave. As I was leaving, one of the older gentlemen came out and asked if I was waiting for Service, but considering that they were going through their lunch order and didn't ask me anything or ask what I needed, I decided to go somewhere else.I am sending this email in writing because I want someone that's a decision maker and training avenue to see it. I don't care how you feel about people that are different, but when you choose to work in an environment that anyone can walk into, you should conduct yourself in a customer-friendly manner.I hope that Jeep Corporate takes this matter seriously and takes necessary actions to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.Review fromDominique S

1 starAbsolute worst dealership I have EVER encountered. I didn't even want another Jeep because they scammed me years ago but the car drove great and the price wasnt bad for the features offered. Purchase was smooth- added the platinum warranty because i did not want any issues later. Two days later, the check engine light came on. Took the car back and they claimed they couldnt see the warranty i purchased after having my car for two days. I took the paperwork from where i purchased the car to them. Showed the warranty amount paid etc. They then proceed to tell me that "just because the warranty is on the paper, doesnt mean its goes in to effect. You have a dealership warranty that has to run out first, then your platinum warranty will go in to effect. The busted speaker and sensors are not covered on the warranty, once it runs out, your platinum warranty may cover those issues." HOLD TF UP. I paid close to 3k for a warranty and cannot even use it?? This continued even after they "fixed" the check engine light with electrical tape, TWICE. I could go on and on but its really pointless. The entire dealership is a scam. They have had my car for three weeks tomorrow and wont answer the phone to explain why they cant fix whatever is going on with it now. My husband is on his way up there to speak to someone in person. Pray for that person! Complete and utter BS. Stay away!
