    Friday 11/25/2022 I booked a Condo with Don ********************* ***** condos for $2699 5 nights for a 2br, 2ba deluxe condo for 12/28/2002-1/2/2023. He asked that i pay using apple cash. I made payments on the total and we left from ** to FL on 12/28 only to find out at 5:06 pm that ******* was oversold for that night. *** then made a reservation for two rooms for the night of the 28th Confirmation #s 80554ee016910 and 80554ee016911 I was told the plan was we could move into our condo the next day. 12/29 9:16 am i got a message he is still working on the condo but booked another room for 12/29-1/02/23 confirmation #s 80554ee016976 and 80554ee016977. so sorry for the inconvenience 1;35 still no condo and now the hotel is asking me for my credit card for incidentals. That seems fair, so I give it to them and let *** know who once again assures me that unless we order room service or the list the $200, $100 for each room will be refunded. The hotel now emails him another form for his **** he fills it out they give me my keys and I think all is well. 12/30 I message *** and ask once more if we will be getting into our condo. Again, I'm told the condo is oversold and if they get a cancellation he will let me know. Needless to say, we never got into our condo and to make matters even worse the hotel charged me $1840.96 for the room he was to have booked!! I've been contacting ***************** asking him to send in his receipt from the hotel which he told me he would do but never did and now I get zero response, Im currently out $1840.96 PLUS $2699.

    *** charged me $1399 and sent a confirmation for a condo rental that he did not complete. I asked for a refund and he stopped returning emails, texts or phone calls. I have since found several others that he scammed, by not producing the condos at arrival or providing less than equal accommodations with no refunds. I can provide the confirmation sent to me, and texts showing he acknowledges the condo was not available.

    We booked a condo thru VRBO via Don ********************* We paid him $6094.50 on June 4th. 2022 for the dates of June *****th. We arrived at the ****************** had no idea who we were. He booked a reservation for 1 day & then booked another reservation for 3 days but didnt book the last day. Why in the world would you book several reservations for a 5day trip? Anyway, we are in day 4 of our trip ******** still hasnt paid for our room. The Hyatt has had to end up charging us $2601 for our room that has already been paid for thru **** Hes finally provided a card# after 4 days but it keeps getting rejected. The Hyatt condo association is in total shock this is happening. Apparently, he has done this several times to a lot of people. This is unacceptable. DO NOT do business with Don ************************ Cannon Condos.
