We hired GriffIntegrity Roof and Remodel to replace our roof in 2019. At that time the insurance company denied him any supplemental expenses related to the ***** Corning DeckSeal product installed on our 2:12 pitch roof so GriffIntegrity Roof and Remodel did not provide the 10 year workmanship warranty specifically listed in the contract. By the time I discovered this it was beyond the time limit authorized by ******************. This resulted in only a 1 year workmanship warranty.Fast forward to September 2021 when we put our house on the market we discovered the ***** Corning DeckSeal product had failed and ***** Corning determined it was an installation failure. GriffIntegrity Roof and Remodel did not respond to our phone call so we were forced to have the roof repaired at our cost $3,800.We went through small claims court, won our case with a judgement of $4,100 + interest but have exhausted all avenues to collect without any success. The process has ended and closed. GriffIntegrity Roof and Remodel has continued to deny any responsibility for the failure. The Manufacturers installation instructions clearly state that if the Deckseal product is installed on a roof pitch greater than 1:12 it must be nailed every 12 inches. The installation crew and GriffIntegrity Roof and Remodel did not know this yet deny responsibility.The move in Nov 2021, renovations to the new property in **, Covid, and exhausting all small claims options has consumed all our time. At this time I am posting my reviews on BBB, Home Advisor, and ****** and also pursing this complaint because GriffIntegrity Roof and Remodel like to prominently display the BBB A+ on their website.An interesting observation is that the only other review on the BBB site is from an "**************". The office manager's name for GriffIntegrity Roof and Remodel is ******************************* as documented on my Magistrate ***** documents. Other documentation is available if desired.
