    April ****** I received a call from global management saying , I owed them ******* on a loan that was taken out in 2021 with all my information, my DL number and my social . I told the man on the other end that wasnt possible . He went on to say it was taken out at ********************* in ************. First of all there is no ********************* in Lumberton Tx. He said so you know about *********************. I said of course everyone who lives in *************** does. I ask what was the the purchase? He didnt no. I explained to him ,Ive never done business with *********************. We trade at Discount Tires in ***********. He didnt care to listen to me just went on about ,if I didnt pay the money that, I would sued or my wages garnished. I explained to him In full detail that loan wasnt mine !!! nor did, I give anyone permission to use my credit or credentials. He said that its in my name its got my social so therefore its my bill .and I told him I wasnt paying anything. ,I yelled he yelled and. I told him , I wasnt paying anything and he told me that if, I dont make a payment or , if I dont pay try to set up a payment plan that they will garnish my wages and they will serve me with papers .and they would have to take me to court and that the court cost could be anywhere from nine to ****** $ and that I really didnt want that on my credit. At this time, I ask him if he could produce me some paperwork, because I could **** sure tell him that its not my signature onit because, I am blind in my left eye I went blind in 2021. I lost my job in 2021 due to the fact that Im blind and no longer can drive . I had to step down due to my being legally blind because, I could no longer work because ,I could no longer drive and I hadno money coming in ,nor did I have my disability yet. I asked him did that make any logical sense, that I would go take it out a loan for something ,I could not pay for. he didnt wanna hear it. It was mine ,and I needed to pay my bill.

    On March 28th 2025 at approximately 1131hrs, I received an unsolicited phone call from your office, Global Management.Your office alleged and referenced stating there is a debt, I owe. Please supply the information below so that I can be fully informed: Why you think I owe the debt and to whom I owe it, including: The name and address of the creditor to whom the debt is currently owed, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed. If this debt started with a different creditor, provide the name and address of the original creditor, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed to that creditor at the time it was transferred. When you identify the original creditor, please provide any other name by which I might know them, if that is different from the official name. In addition, tell me when the current creditor obtained the debt and who the current creditor obtained it from. Provide verification and documentation that there is a valid basis for claiming that I am required to pay the debt to the current creditor. For example, can you provide a copy of the written agreement that created my original requirement to pay? If you are asking that I pay a debt that somebody else is or was required to pay, identify that person. Provide verification and documentation about why this is a debt that I am required to pay. The amount and age of the debt, including: A copy of the last billing statement sent to me by the original creditor. State the amount of the debt when you obtained it, and when that was. If there have been any additional interest, fees or charges added since the last billing statement from the original creditor, provide an itemization showing the dates and amount of each added amount. In addition, explain how the added interest, fees or other charges are expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or are permitted by law.

    Global Management has continually contacted me for the past year and are now calling my family members to try to get information about me on a hospital bill for my adult son. I explained to them he was an adult at the time of incidents they keep giving me so he would have been responsible for the billing but they said because he was on my insurance until he was 26 as it was changed during the ***** terms that you can keep your children on your insurance that I was responsible for the bill even if he was over 18 said this is how it works now since I am the policy holder on the plan. I tried to explain it is not how it works unless he is disabled, or I have power of attorney over his finances which I never have and they tell me I am wrong and do not know how it works now apparently.Also they have called about the same amount and given me 3 different dates and 3 different hospitals and when I ask them how this is possible they say they have no idea what I am taking about. The first contact was for the 1500 in 2017 at ********************* which my son has never been to that hospital in his life. Then another time it was for 2018 at ****************** which he has been there before for tests but never has ever been in the hospital for any length of time then it was in 2017 again at *********************** which he has never in his life been there as it is over an hour from where we live and ********* is *************************************************************************** and could not explain why the bill they are trying to collect on keeps changing dates and hospitals. Then when I told her he had never been at ******* and even if he had he would have been 19 at that time and she said oh I am sorry I meant 2012. I need them to stop harassing me about something I know never happened.

    Keep receiving call from global management. Leaving messages saying I need to discuss an account that doesn't exist. All they have is the last four numbers of my social, which was wrong. My email and home addresses were also wrong. I blocked and still got thru. Finally reported them as spam call on cell. Keeping record for number of calls and voicemails left.

    Continuous calls from Global Management saying I owe money from YEARS ago on a call loan. A car that was not financed through the company they are stating and they cannot tell me what the car was (make/model/vin number). They are saying I owe $3600 and they know the last 4 of my social and they named an address where I lived for over 10 years (moved 6 years ago). I've been receiving these calls for months and now they are several times a day from different numbers. I have asked to be removed, I have been nice, and not so nice. My phone is registered on the do not call federal website. There needs to be something I can do!

    this company is continuing leaving message of me owing money. I do not owe money to anyone. nothing derogatory on my credit report. When I ask them for amount owed, dates, times who do I owe money to their information they tell me that I am being unbareable and to stop. I am entitled to be given proof on what they want to harass me about.

    I have been contacted by "Global Management Group" in Georgia multiple times, from multiple numbers, usually stating the call is coming from ******, **. They have now started contacting family members (ie-my mother). They are refusing to verify the debt, the day it originated, or even information regarding the company it originated with (they've only given the name). They had an address listed for me from 2019, per the **** website, they say. I have not lived at that address since ******************************************************** multiple times. When I repeatedly called back to have my questions answered, **** finally answered, he realized who I was, and hung up on me as well. I mentioned the court case that the ************************ brought against them and the supposed manager I was speaking to didn't have a lot to say about that. ********************************************************************************************************* She did verify that the information provided for the case was correct, so I guess that's something. I told them to lose my number, or I would hire an attorney that could help them do so. She asked me multiple times if I was threatening her, said that that sounded like a threat, and then hung up on **** did not provide them with any information that can't find on ******. They did have my current mailing address, but again, you can find that online. The company they say the loan originated with is also not backed by *************************'s their website, if anyone is interested: **************************************

    Global Management group has been calling me for the past 2 years harassing me about a loan that I did not take out. They claim it was taken out in 2019 and that there is a balance of 750 dollars still owed on this loan. That the loan was deposited into my ******************** account. I have never had a ******************** account. They claim that this loan was obtained in *********, and I haven't lived in ** since 2014 but yet this loan supposedly was obtained in 2019. They claim the address that I lived at was where I lived when the loan was obtained, and I never lived at that address. The address they are claiming was my ex boyfriends address. I never lived at that address. But he ended up getting married and his wife lived at that address with him. She had him killed in 2013 and that house was sold 1 year prior to that. So no one was living in that house or at that address after. I explained all of this to them and they said so are you going to pay this loan. I said well how about no I am not paying for something I did not do and how are you going to try and make me pay for something when I didnt even reside in the state it happened at the time it happened. I can prove I havent lived there is 2014 and I can prove I didnt have a *************** account in my name. I asked them can you tell me the full name as it is written on the account and she said my first and last name. I said ok it wasnt me I always use my middle name in anything that pertains to banks and loans of any kind. She asked me what my middle name was, I said nope. This conversation is done. She said wait what is your social again. I said nope and hung up.

    Global Management Group has called me multiple times claiming that I owe money for a payday loan from Payday Loan for You. I have never heard of this payday loan company, nor have I ever taken out a payday loan with them. The lady who called today knew my personal information such as bank name and las 4 of my social security number. I told her that I have never taken out such a loan and hung up. They have called from various numbers over the course of time. This is obviously a SCAM call and people should be aware.
