    I received a letter from them, didn't know that this had ALREADY went into "Collections". I my self work in collections, and these people don't care in what the reason why you are behind, nor they don't care how much you can pay. They advise me that they can work out an "arrangement". They TOLD me what they would except, not what I can pay. They also advise me that they would not except anything else. but the amounts THEY set. The customer service person was extremely rude when I told her I was not able to pay what they are wanting. They basically broke up a large amount into 6 monthly payments. "More than my car payment." ***** services are terrible. The company that owns my bill, I HIGHLY recommend DONT USE this company in future. You get more responses with out them! People will ruin there credit then to deal with rude people, not giving them options. HAD TO GIVE A STAR
