1 starPlease please please don't use this company!!!! They had some payments issues with my contractor who had done some yard work for me ..6 months later, when I completely forgot all about it I'm getting the letter from the court that they put a lien against my house!!! I've never ordered the service with them and never heard of them , no letters, no bills, no communication with me whatsoever, they were quick to put the lien against someone property, so please if you choose this company make sure you have time and finance to fight for your rights after you got theirs service ( I don't give them any stars...just the site forced me to give them at least one)Review fromEdnita P

Heres a more concise and polished version:---I called because I was charged an overweight fee for the first time and wanted to understand how Vine handles such situations. ******** from the call center answered, and I asked her to explain the process. While she initially responded, I needed further clarification. Unfortunately, as I continued to ask questions, ********** tone became increasingly offensive. I understand that my questions might have been frustrating, but her attitude was unnecessary, especially since I'm the one being charged over $1,000 for this fee.I tried to address her attitude calmly, but instead of helping, she made assumptions about my intentions, leading to an unproductive back-and-forth. She eventually hung up on me. When I called back, she picked up again, and I expressed that hanging up was unnecessary, especially when I was just trying to understand the charges. Her response was, "I will hang up again, I dont care."At this point, I asked for a manager, and though she provided the information, it was with clear reluctance and attitude. It's frustrating that I had to be the bigger person in this situation. It also seems that **** lacks enforcement on customer service standards. When I asked another representative about the company's policies on customer service, she seemed unsure and bothered by the question, as if I was asking for more than a simple explanation.Given this experience, I won't be using Vine again. I'd rather pay more for better customer service from a company that values its customers. There's been no accountability herejust assumptions and poor communication. Its clear that if a company can't explain how they value their customers, they might be more focused on profits than on providing good service. Hate giving them one star - I have you all beat - had them dump their giant red dumpster on my car !!! Not even for my property - for my next door *************** were told to put it on their lawn . Rude staff & taking way too long to get me into a rental . Really upsetting - beyond anything I could imagine !!!Vine Disposal LLC

Hello, Not sure if this one is valid or not. This incident happened on Monday and she called right away, we asked her for additional pictures and a copy of the police report because the cops showed up. She was given our insurance information that same day and from what they told us they got in contact with her the same day as well. She then continued to blow up our office line because the insurance company was not moving as fast as she wanted. Our insurance company instructed us to refer her to them if she continued to call. This was not in our control, an accident happened, it was passed along to our insurance company immediately and unfortunately we cannot control how fast they move. I will never used them again. They failed to honor the request for service, and then attempted to put the blame on me. They over charged me without providing proof for the overcharge. They have absolutely no **************** skills, nor are they compassion to the customer complaints. They seem to have "I don't give a damn" attitude. Poor customer service and serious communication issues, very disappointing! They refused to reposition the dumpster they placed in the wrong location on my driveway without $120 fee, it was placed in the middle instead of the end of the driveway as I requested, then they picked it up three days after requested pick up date scratching the driveway and I ended up with damage to my lawn from contractors driving around the dumpster. I called multiple times and emailed ******* in administration, she said she will review my account and get back to me, but she never did despite me sending follow-up emails.This is no way to treat customers, very unprofessional, they didn't even have the courtesy to respond to emails.Vine Disposal LLC

Do not order dumpster from them charged my card four times for their driver error charged me a tow fee and wait time fee a total $1200 for a 500 dumpster. I'm annoyed I even have to give them 1 star. When picking up the dumpster the driver completely destroyed my lawn. I reached out to them, and they basically told me they didn't care and there was nothing they could do about it. Then on top of it they sent me an additional invoice saying I was over the allowed weight, which I do not believe is true and they do not provide any type of proof. The cost of the rental was $515 and then they charged me an additional $200. So I spent $715 for them to destroy my lawn. Plus I will have to invest money to have this fixed. Please do not use this company because you will be throwing your money away and will most likely wind up with damage to your property.Vine Disposal LLC

Worst company I've ever done business with. if could give this place zero stars I would. Nightmare to deal with. Rude employees. Repeated calls to come get their dumpster after a one week remodel of a room took two weeks. 12 calls over two weeks for them to come get this. Horrible company. Stay away!Vine Disposal LLC

I definitely agree with everyone's review. I was charged a fee for downtime. I have a call log showing when the office called me "after" the driver arrived and camera footage of the container being dropped in my driveway. It happened in less than ****************************************************************************************************** know to move my car. I provided this information to the billing department. The lady in the billing department still will not refund my account. If the driver is operating the vehicle, then there is no downtime, the driver is working, right? She claims he had to wait 22 minutes for me to move my car. As soon as I got the call at 6ish in the morning, I jumped up to moved it right away. I provided the camera footage of the driver walking up my driveway at 6:29 am, the office calling me at 6:31 am, and the camera footage of him dropping the container at 6:43 am. On top of that, there is no way to communicate with the billing department or the manager over the phone. Everything is through email. I emailed the manager and no one has responded. This is bad business. We should be able to submit zero stars. Take precaution when dealing with this company. They are swindlers.Vine Disposal LLC
