I enrolled at Ashworth College on May 1 2021 and have completed 9% of my program of study (proof attached) per my enrollment agreement I am entitled to withdraw and receive a refund of my tuition less 10% and the registration fee. Their support agent Kesha is trying to force me to pay them an additional $750 on top of what I have already paid in direct violation of my enrollment agreement. I refuse to pay it. Im not looking for any money back but I wish to have my enrollment cancelled and not owe any further money going forward.

I enrolled at this school for the convenience and the fact that I could pay what I could afford. I only went for 1.5 months and then couldn't continue. I noticed that I was being charged late fees in excess of over 30 dollars and I didn't know that i could end up paying 1000 for a program that was 700 when I signed up. I haven't gotten any materials or logged on. I don't see how I am not only being charged for a diploma that I didn't finish but they are reporting on my credit'". I didn't sign anything saying I would pay them even if I didn't finish it. Now they claim I owe them 800. This school is the worst there is no help but they want you to pay and we in a whole pandemic. I got life and bills. Paying yall for something I didn't finish isn't in the forecast. I never agreed to the harassment that this company is subjecting me too. I thought you pay if you use the service not pay even if you don't. Worst school I have ever experienced!

In August of 2015, I started a Floral program with Ashworth College, 2 days after I signed up, I was laid off from my job. I notified the school that I could not continue due to the job loss. It was within the time period where you could cancel. I assumed everything was fine, and thought nothing else about it. Then in 2018, it was placed for collection on my credit report. I was for 876.00. I never received any lessons from them, and I have heard so many of the same stories, it seems they have a terrible reputation in billing and trying to collect money they are not owed. This is reflecting negatively on my credit, and I will continue to dispute it. I am requesting this be removed from my credit report.
