Ashwoth College is a great education college the only issues are the following an example when you are a formal student and are late on the payments they send it in to collections without even having in consieration the fact that in my case im only 2 classes away to finish my courses yes i been behing a few months on the payments but that does not mean that i will not pay them and or im hiding from them im in a hardship situation right now i believe most of the people in ******* and the world are in the same situation inflation , cost of life too high and or vehicles breaking down due to the heat like mine on the other hand im a business owner and a mother of 6 meanwhile im trying to continue my education but having issues like this is impossible i pay ***** just in rent ion a 3 bedroom townhouse i bearly make it , come on give the sister a break .

I am enrolled at Ashworth college I only have 2 courses left I am not behind in my payments.I am having trouble getting my next two courses they wont let you talk to no one if you make an appointment it maybe 2 days later and the chat is confuse it will ask you to make an appointment. Well I did chat,,ticket and just made an appointment to get my next courses.I shouldnt have to go through all this because its been since 7/21/2024.I should have control over how many course U want not ashworth college employee telling me I can only get one course at a time I pay out of pocket. I prefer both of my last 2 courses so I want have to go through the long waiting period to get my next course

This College is a rip-off, the representatives are not knowledgeable about anything. I was given the wrong E-mail for my transcripts and they would not rectify the situation, I refused to pay for another transcript due to their team-member lack of knowledge. It is his job to know where the transcripts are to be sent. I cancelled my classes and they still wanted to charge me. I hate being forced to use a star because the school is unworthy.

I took a dental assistant course, before taking the course I was told I would be able to have a internship/work option attached to the course, after completing my course and paying in full I was told there is no internship for the program. I have paid ***** for this program to not have no radiology course and no internship and I cannot find a job, when I asked could I receive a credit and switch to a different program they said no. And no refund now Im out of *****.

We do not provide or advertise that there is a work experience option with this program. We do state that a career in this field may require you to meet certain licensing, training, and other requirements that can vary by vocation and state. You should check with your state, local government, and/or licensing board to find out which requirements may be applicable in your state. This place should not be allowed to exist!! I signed up for paralegal certification against advice of friends. The next day after signing up for classes, I literally suffered severe diabetic is***s and was hospitalized and awaiting my second surgery. I notified this school to withdraw and ask that they waive the $385 fee as I never was able to attend and classes. They refuse to waive the fee and when I asked are you guys going to *** me for money I dont owe? Or are you suing because I physically was not able to cancel within five days? She said all I know is that you didnt cancel within five days so you need to pay the money! EVIL!! Do not patronize this farce of a school

If you are dedicated to your studies then this is the school for you to attain your degree. The teachers are helpful and provided great guidance.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I wish I could give this 0 stars. This school is an absolute joke and money hungry. Ive never felt so much lack of respect and discouraged as I do with these teachers, who in reality are just LVTs (if that). Also dont expect help because they will not give you ANY. THEY LOVE adding things onto assignments that are not asked for in the skill sheet. Then you fix that and turn it in and they decide that something else is wrong; and not because it was wrong its just not the what this particular instructor had in her head. The school takes forever to grade things just so you have to pay an extension fee of $95. Im currently sitting on week 2 of the semester not being open due to the SCHOOL having SERVER ISSUES for TWO WEEKS. I had multiple tickets, emails and phone calls to which was just excuses.** I lost my externship site due to them.**

The **** requires strict standards for credentials of all instructors. Not only do our ****************** instructors hold multiple degrees and certifications, but many are also currently continuing their educations. An example of the held credentials would be Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. All complete tasks must be completed directly as instructed. When the skills are incomplete, they would be returned to the student in order to re-attempt. We do apologize for the technical issue with enrolling you into your next semester, but please remember you will not be able to complete any skills and will not need a clinical site until you start your next externship course. College policy only allows student to perform clinicals while in their externship course. We see your technical glitch was resolved and you were able to move on. I have been attempting to get enrolled in Bachelors Program. I have an associates degree from their facility. I need to know what it will take financially and time wise in order to complete my degree. They refuse to let me know this information until I place a $2000 payment. I have called mutiple times. Emailed and even tried the online chat. I have made phone appointments that get cancelled by them last minute and they tell me to contact the other department who refuses to speak to me. Apparently they will only enroll you if you agree to whatever terms they want to surprise you with. If I am going to have to start over with you, then I will go to a traditional school.

Avoid this school at all cost. Ive never been put down and discouraged as I do with these teachers. Ive been in this career for years now and Ive never experienced anything so belittling. And dont expect help because they dont offer that at this school. I have so much to say that I dont know where to start. I turn in things and Im lucky if its graded with in the 14 day time frame. Then its normally denied the first two times. Which takes over a month to successfully get something approved. Because she will add things onto the assignment that was not asked for in the skill sheet. Then you fix that and turn it in and she decides that she didnt like something else. But not because it was wrong. Just not the picture she had in her head. I turned in a paper and there was not a format listed so I did it in sort of an essay form. Well after 4 attempts and being threatened that i would be sent in for a review to the board, I realize its just because SHE wanted it in list form. So I left all my pervious information and turned it in, in a different form using all information already on the essay and it was all the sudden approved. All the information was there every time and no direction given prior to how she wanted said information written. She picks apart everything that I do. I now have been put back months and have to pay for an extension (if I stay) because it takes her way to long to grade anything. My most recent denial was due to me wearing a warming vest over top of my scrubs because our clinic is freezing. So, this means everything Ive done with the vest on over my scrubs has to be re-recorded and redone. Which slows down my fast pace clinic. She does not stand by the curriculum that we are given at all. She makes up her own rules and wants as she goes and expects you to read her mind. After my years working in a vet clinic, its obvious she has never stepped foot in real life vet med.

It is frustrating to see the disregard for student issues. I am enrolled in a program that necessitates thepractical application of outsidecompanysoftware. This organization presently does not provide the opportunity to register without cost. which in the course content states "sign up for free.". I had an appointment with an advisor who confirmed my issue, which is that the software offered by this outside company requires you to speak with a salesperson. you can not just sign up for free. My advisor's response to my inquiry was, "Oh, the website has been updated; it appears you should speak with a sales representative." Yes, they do provide a demo; however, access to this demo requires an appointment with a sales representative. The sales representative is seeking additional information regarding the legitimate organization for which the individual (who is me in this instance) is submitting a request. I illustrated my explanation of the situation with screenshotsto my professor. I have submitted tickets and sent emails requesting assistance. No one has yet responded, but my concern remains valid. not to mention the staff's lack of professionalism when you request assistance. I elaborated with the representative. I am seeking information regarding the **** of students or administration, as I have not been assisted thus far. He insisted that assistance was no longer available via telephone. That's fantastic, but despite myadhering to the policies and procedures, I've not been contacted at all regarding this matter. Without any assistance, I even scheduled appointments, sent emails,and submittedtickets.This is completely unacceptable. I would also like tobringup the admissions employee who abruptly disconnected and forwardedmy call without prior notice. I did not behave rudely toward him. He answered none of my questions, whereas I responded to every one of his. This entire experience has proven to be a catastrophe.
