    Was contacted by them after I purchased a split ac system that qualified for a utility rebate. In exchange for a percentage of the refund they would handle processing and submitting everything for me, which I agreed to. I sent all of the paperwork work required and Its been almost 6 months and I can not get anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls.

    We are deeply remorseful that the customer was unable to reach someone.  We were unaware that our HVAC partner did not remove the rebate processing program from their website.  The result was we had a few inquiries come through after the program was effectively shut down.  The inquiries were routed to a non-working inbox.  The customer did not pay for anything as there are no upfront costs.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They solicited me to help me with this and sent me a confirmation email acknowledging my request. They are correct that I didnt pay anything to them, but at this point I am no longer eligible for the rebate. I did send multiple emails as well as called multiple times to inquire what the status was. When I did call I called every extension available in their directory and was able to speak to a person one of those times who assured me they would pass my information along to the proper person and I should hear back from them within a  day. Obviously this never happened, their customer service is obviously poor and I question whether or not they processed my rebate and never paid me my portion. At this point I guess I just need to chalk this up as a learning experience and a loss ! !
