My car loan was transferred from the company Santander and has been paid off since 2019. Santander states that they still have not received a lien release. I have been going around in circles trying to get this resolved. I need help ASAP.Business response

Wollemi Acquisitions, LLC ("Wollemi") is the owner of this account as successor to Santander Consumer USA. This complaint does not appear to have been received initially and we are not sure what prevented our team's receipt and review of this but apologize for the delay in responding. Upon researching this now that we have received it, it appears that the issue has already been recently resolved as the customer recently contacted our customer servicer and advised that the matter is now under control. Hello I went on bankruptcy back in 2015 and have recently been dismissed to find out Santander sold my account to ncep every time I call ncep customer service number it is a loop that plays then hangs ** in my face I do not appreciate that at all as I am trying to handle business with the company. my car has been paid off and ncep is nowhere to be found to get my title I need this resolved!!! ncep please send my title to me as I am disabled and do not have mobility to go from building to building just to get something that belongs to me!Business response

I had an auto loan with Santander and filed bankruptcy and the account has been paid in full and I have been discharged since 2018. The auto loan was a part of the bankruptcy. The loan was then sold to NCEP. I have tried to contact them regarding the title to the vehicle, but I am not getting a response. The phone number that I was given by Santander was X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. When dialing the number, it's a continuous loop and then the call disconnects. I have signed paperwork that is also notarized from NCEP with an account number listed stating the account is paid in full. I need the title to my car ASAP. I would greatly appreciate a response from this company as to where my title is. Thank you!Business response

In case Ms. ******* is no longer in possession of this document, NCEP is in the process of mailing her a new release of lien. Ms. ******* can take this release of lien to her local DMV in order to obtain clear title to the vehicle.
