  Absolute nightmare to work with. A few months ago *** called me and walked me through the steps of what sounded great at the moment. I then went through the VA IRRRL process and was told to not pay my mortgage as the refinance was about to go through. Mind you, This was 2 months before my wife and I had our first son. Did not hear anything from *** during those weeks; no calls, emails, texts, etc. I finally called to check in and he said that Loan United could no longer refinance my loan because the numbers no longer made sense. When was someone going to call and let me know? You told me to skip my mortgage payments right before the birth of our first son (which I almost did, but luckily I called). Fast forward a few months and *** calls me again with more "savings" after I said I was no longer interested. Proceeds to send me astronomical numbers costing roughly $15k for $300 a month in savings. He is possibly the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever worked with on anything. It feels like I'm talking to a used car salesman you would find on the side of the highway just waiting to rip someone off. As a side note, I NEVER leave reviews but I can assure you I will NEVER do business with this company.

  We submitted all the documents that was asked of us. We were given initial closing disclosure and asked for something to be changed on it. WELL!! We were told it would be taken care of and then we were ghosted for a week. When we called to ask what was going on with the loan we were told that the underwriter changed their mind about the loan. This was AFTER we were given a Closing date and were told to go ahead and get the insect inspection. When we complained about the lack of communication our contact said she made a mistake and it happens blah blah blah. I asked for a member of management and he flat out told me NO!! He would message his supervisor and have them get with me. He then told me that he was turning in his resignation today and that he hopes I'm happy because I don't care for anyone but myself BLAH BLAH BLAH. ******* ********************************* was our point of contact and I hope he did turn in his resignation because he would ask for something and we would send it right away and it would take days for him to email us. We went a week without hearing from ANYONE and we had to call and find out what was going on. These people are Shady and I honestly think that they were still charging the fees that the VA covers on VA loans. Because all of the fees were there and this was a VA loan!

  Absolutely the worst. Did a bait and switch and committed all sorts of fraud with my VA loan. Lied constantly, I was refused to speak with any management or underwriting, broke multiple state and federal laws when dealing with my loan, and the list goes on. I highly recommend you go with another lender. These people are shady, liars, and thieves. horrible experience through and through.

  They are excellent.the best team ever. They are very hard working and dedicated. Always in constant dialogue with the customer. They do everything in there power to get the job done.I give them 10 out of 10. Excellent and exceptional. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

  On a scale of ****, I would give this lender a negative 15! In the 35 years I've been in a real estate, I've never seen a loan handled more poorly than this one. The Buyers were asked for the same docs over and over and over, the file was pulled from "clear to close" with no end in sight to getting this closed in the 10 weeks that they've had the file. They are unprofessional, do not communicate, and "supervisors" are of no help. People's lives, families, schedules and feelings were completely disregarded during this nightmare process, and now we are releasing the contract. All I can say is RUN. The worst lender I've ever seen in the industry.
