I am reaching out to you in the hopes of changing the outcome of my experience with PROLEX Flooring USA ****I recently purchased a one-year-old home in ********* *********. The homebuilder chose JH Flooring as the supplier for LVP flooring. The previous owners already replaced several boxes of flooring due to issues with peeling, cracking, chipping and cupping. When we moved in (August 22nd), they agreed to replace another +/- 40 sq ft of flooring. Now, we are again in need of more flooring due to the same issues. However, the homebuilder will no longer honor our requests and has referred us directly to JH Flooring. This is where the problem arises. JH Flooring is apparently no longer in business. I have left 6 voicemails as well as 2 emails and have received no response. I then contacted PROLEX Flooring USA **** directly. The first time I called, I was told that any warranty claims must be filed by the company who sold the floor (in this case JH Flooring). I said OK, I will try to get in touch with them. Thus, I called back to PROLEX Flooring USA **** and again was told that warranty claims must come from the seller of the product. I told the lady on the phone that JH Flooring was no longer in business. She told me that she was sorry, but PROLEX Flooring USA **** couldnt help me. I find this hard to believe, and I also consider this terrible customer service. I now have nowhere else to go for help except for seeking out employees of PROLEX Flooring USA *** on the internet to try and find someone who will listen and act. I am hoping for the a positive outcome but I am ready to share my experience in great detail with as many folks as I can if it comes to that. My wish is that someone at PROLEX Flooring USA **** will do what is right and turn a major disappointment into a success story. Word of mouth is the best (and worst) advertising a company can have.
