Liars and scammers. They don't deliver your furniture that's on back order and won't even call you to let you know when it is available in the ******** area. I waited 2 months additional to 1.5 months for notification of my mirror dresser being available for pick up. I called and spoke with the night manager who started an argument as he seen his employee never notified me and tried to make it MY ISSUE or that the item was pushed back again, he said he can't see the date it came available... THATS A LIE!! As a long time customer when it was ********************. I told him I wouldn't purchase there again and HE SAID THAT IS OK! He showed no remorse for his employee never notifying me after a long 4 months wait for this mirror to go with the $2k bedroom set i PURCHASED IN FULL! I feel like they just took my money and washed their hands of my incomplete order. He started the argument and loud talking because he knew the situation was wrong!! And was a way to rile me up so he wouldn't have to do anything to correct the issue. That's bad for business and I'm sure the top level of GFM WOULDNT APPRRCIATE YHEIR BUSINESS BEING HANDLED THAT WAY!Georgia Furniture Mart

1 starThis company do not sell quality furniture. First set of furniture were very flawed, sofa out of lined , love seat shoulders not lined, and the second set of furniture sent out was worst. The sofa stitching is too short, shoulder up too high. ************* is out of lined. I was told by custom service this was in the margin of error. GFM dont sell quality furniture! 1 starThis place is horrible. I purchase a bed from them and this is the second time it was broken. The delivery techs said that they did not have all the parts so they just left it incomplete. I've made several calls to customer support which is so horrible. I am so exhausted about this whole situation that has transpired over the course of about 6 weeks. 1 starPrices might be cheap, but everything after the sale is terrible. I had over 25 boxes of furniture I picked up. I knew I was risking damage by not opening boxes but all packaging looked new.What ****** me off is I asked because I was unsure if I had all the pieces. The guy was rude, and counts the inventory on the sheet and then counts the boxes and reinforces its all there.I get to ******* ** 2 1/2 hour drive. 1 bed frame is missing all hardware. And another bed frame they gave me 2 foot boards instead of a head board.I call and try to remain polite but feel this isnt my fault so what can we do to make it right. As in if I drive back thats 150 dollars in gas plus Time. Their response is I should have opened each box to verify all components are there including bolts.Thats the biggest sham Ive ever heard of. Who looks at bolts or individual components of a mass order after being reassured its all there.This place has lost my business, I will drive back tomorrow. I purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Norcross location. This is the 2nd time that I have purchased furniture from them. They told me the delivery date(Sept 9th), and said I would get a text with a window of the time it would be delivered. they sent me a text with a time frame. Later that day...I get a text with a new time, which was later than I had already confirmed. When I called, and asked about it....they said that I was set up for the later time. My furniture was delivered 30 minutes BEFORE the initial time.The next day...we noticed an issue with the furniture. I called the store, and spoke with the salesman. He called me back, and said a tech would be out between 11-1:30 on Thursday(Sept 14th). Today is September 13th, and I get a new text saying the time would be between 1:30-4. I call and speak with customer service....explained that I confirmed the initial time. The woman turned me over to someone else. The woman said "well...something must've happened to change the schedule". I do not intend to buy anything else from them, since they don't seem to have anyone who knows how to schedule deliveries! People can't make arrangements for a window time, and then have to keep re-arranging because GFM changes things.I have NEVER worked with a company that changes window times, and I will not do it again!Georgia Furniture Mart

I made a purchase for a king *** in April 2023 the amount was over $2000. I've spoke with My sales person numerous of times. They have the furniture and my total purchase amount. I ask to speak to store manager on several occasions and was told if I spoke to a manager they would transfer call back to customer service. **************** seems clueless when I call saying they can't find no records of my total purchase price. 1 starCompany will not help with defective furniture. I bought a bedroom set less than 2 yrs ago, unfortunately I wasn't aware that I didn't have a warranty, however as I was trying to speak with management in how to resolve the matter, everyone kept throwing in my face "Well you didn't purchase the extended warranty". And even went so far as to as it wouldn't help with this anyway. WOW so what would have been the point. That's neither here nor there. The real problem is their **************** tactics. I ask for a Manger, got someone named Precious who ask me to send pictures, which I did, she never called back. I call again only for another person said they looked at the pics and say to me again,unfortunately you don't have the extended warranty. I was really trying to see if I could get at least a reduced price if I bought another one, only to be told the Manger is only willing to take off $30 on a $1500 bed, such an insult. The constant run around and lack of professionalism is why in reporting this company. As of yet I still haven't gotten a manager to speak with me.Review fromgeorge a

The worst experience I have had.after spending my money!07/26/2022, after closing on my new home, I walked into the ******** location and spent $8400 on furniture for my new home. Most of the items that I selected were on backorder and the salesman stated they did not sell their showroom furniture. My delivery date was set for 08/23/2022. On 08/22/2022 ,after not receiving communication about my delivery, I called them. At that time ,I was told by the employee that my cabinet was still not available! When I asked why I had not been informed of this earlier, she put me on hold to speak with the sales person that assisted me with my purchase. She comes back to the phone to inform me that the cabinet is available and my delivery date was moved to 08/27/22. After my furniture was delivered, I noticed that the CABINET was damaged! I paid full price for it. The delivery guy made note of it and said someone would be calling me. I waited. No one called. When I called customer support and explained the situation, I was told that I purchased a floor model and there was nothing they could do. First,I paid full price for this item, it showed on my receipt as back ordered ,and the salesman said the did not sell showroom items! Apparently they gave me the floor model without my knowledge! INTEGRITY?????After going back and forth with the customer support department and the sales manager, I was given a 50% discount. Today Im writing this review because Im still having problems with this company!My dresser that I paid full price for has a split in the wood. The replacement dresser was also damaged! After I refused another replacement, the store managers resolution was to refund me $100 or send a technician to repair the dresser. Today I called the customer support department because no one called me to schedule a time for the repair. Today I am told that it cannot be repaired! This has been resolved by our service department. The complaint was made to the store on 9/30/2022, the dresser was on backorder, and we delivered the replacement on 10/14/2022. When the dresser was exchanged on 10/14/2022 there was an issue reported by our delivery team. The report indicated that one of the drawers did not close flush. We sent our factory technician on 10/17/2022 and they were able to bring the dresser back up to manufacturer specifications.Review fromsheryl B

1 starI BOUGHT A RECLINER SOFA IN MARCH....THE MOTOR WAS NOT WORKING ON ONE SIDE. A TECHNICIAN CAME OUT IN APRIL...NO RESPONSE. tHEY DON'T CALL YOU OR UPDATE YOU. I BOUGHT 3 COCKTAIL TABLES, PARTS WERE MISSING...HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM...I AN CONSTANTLY CALLING THEM ...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE.
