    I visited this clinic 10/2024. The front office spelled my name wrong original. I corrected my name and provided them my insurance information. This clinic refused to bill my insurance for my visit. I had to call my insurance to get the claim started. This clinic only provided my insurance the codes for specific treatments. The other treatments they keep trying to bill to me personally and refused to bill my insurance. I called and asked the billing department for an itemized receipt twice. I never received the receipt. When I go up to the clinic they tell me I need to call the billing department. I let them know I have insurance and to bill my insurance. They tell me they cant. They wont bill the insurance because they are over charging their patients. Now since it has been months since I have been trying to get them to bill my insurance according to the law they have passed the allotted time to submit the claim they will be sending my bill to collections. I do not owe the amount of money they are stating because I have insurance and had insurance when I attended my appointment.

    The Claim was submitted to the ************ was rejected due to Incorrect name and Incorrect Subscriber ID.

    The billing team tried to contact the patient several times to get the correct information

    The patient did not respond to any of their calls

    After trying to contact the patient for 45 days the balance was turned over to patient

    When we received the complaint , we,alos tried to contact the patient to explain,still there was no response from the patient
