**BUYER BEWARE** The finance company that Bardi uses (****************************) will put a lien on your home if you finance through Bardi. Neither company will make any mention of this while you're signing a 20 page contract. Their defense? I should have read every page I was signing as page 11 clearly describes the lien that will placed on home. I'm a small business owner and if I found out that a finance company I was recommending to my customers was putting liens on my customers homes, I would be outraged. I would immediately stop doing business with them and apologize to my customer. ********************** has instead chosen to stand with the finance companies unethical business practice. Shame on you Bardi for not standing up against such an unethical business practice.

I was quoted an extraordinarily high price just to replace a 100 dollar part. They gave me that high quote just to get me to pay 900 dollars. They got me out of around 500 dollars extra and they won't call me back or answer my calls.

4 years with Bardi ******************************************** New HVAC system 2021 and water heater (traditional) 2023. Im on holiday break and have had the best maintenance service by Electrician, McQuann St. **** and for HVAC, ****** ********. Anytime I had anything negative in the past, I simply contacted customer service and they handled it. ********************** costs are just up like anything else. However, if you have anyone off the street do the job, do they provide a warranty? Id rather have licensed and insured work done. Also, they have an annual maintenance program where you pay a flat fee and it includes maintenance services. Its ideal for homeowners. I plan on keeping my house for many years to come and am super happy to be investing in Bardi Heat and Air. I see a lot of complaints for the plumbing. Knowing them, they will investigate and find out the whys and aftermath on what to do. They get the job done. Im sure they have improved their service since the people have spoken! Again, Im a satisfied customer for 4 years! ??????????

I have a small leak in the *** pipe in one of my bathrooms. It's a small, easily accecible problem. Since I am in the early stages of ********* disease, I thought it would be a good ideal to let a professional handle it. Over the years, I have a little *** experience.I called ***** and agreed to the $88 house call. A plumber came out and looked over the problem and gave me an estimate of $636 to fix the leek. That fee include the $88. He did not show me any of the reasons for the high fee. For the fee, I expected a statement or an email. I also expected a reasonable fee for an hours work.

I was recommended Bardi from a respected independent plumber whom I use fo all of my properties. I requested the 93$ service w camera inspection. I made the technician aware of the issue. We went from 0-$1800 to jet and $650 to snake. This was done with out placing the camera in. I can rent a snake from ********** or Lowes for $65, better yet can replace all my PVC and sheet rock for $250. This company pricing is a joke wonder how many old people fall for this.**** B 0 Stars

The is company is advertising that no one beats their price. I had them give me a price for repairing a sewer pipe. $88 for the service call and they gave me a price of $1075 which was insane. I just paid the $88 and got another plumber who did the job for $535. I should have known not to deal with them in the very beginning when they required me to sign a contract. They are doing that most likely as they may overcharged some people and they refused to pay and probably rightfully so. I would never do business with this company.

We are sorry you feel your quote was overpriced. Our pricing is in line with our competitors in the market. We are glad that you were able to get your pipe repaired at a price you are comfortable with.

Bardi has been a major disappointment. We solicited 3 companies and Bardi was the most expensive and we thought the best, so they got the job. The Carrier Unit they installed is not working. It does not cool our home adequately. We had 5 technicians come out to tell us why. The first one couldn't figure it out. The second one said that there was a leak and he fixed it-and added more refrigerant. So right there it tells us, it was installed incorrectly. But, after that REPAIR-on a BRAND-NEW UNIT, it still didn't cool properly. So, a third technician came out and said that the unit was not leveled correctly. So, he leveled it and it still didn't work?? So, our unit was installed with a leak, and it wasn't leveled. The fifth technician did nothing and basically said live with it. We have suffered hot days and nights during this heat spell. We have lost sleep as we are used to sleeping with the thermostat at 68. Most evenings it was 71. It remained at 71 long after the temperatures had gone down in the evening. Our upstairs AC works great and is original to the house. Unfortunately, we can't sleep upstairs as the blower is noisy and above the bedroom. We seriously regret hiring Bardi. They have a great salesman, but that's all we can say. We're thinking our unit is a ******. Hopefully this will be resolved as summer is just starting. This is the first negative review I have written, and I wish I didn't feel the need to do it. But we have suffered and it's not fair. We trusted Bardi to take care of our AC and they didn't. And this has been going on for 17 days. We have contacted Carrier, and they are setting up a review to find out what is wrong. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

We understand how frustrating it can be when your system is not doing what you want it to. After your April installation, we checked the unit in June we found a leak in the suction line and repaired it under warranty. It was reading at system specs when the technician left. The technician also advised that under 68' or below is very hard for a system to keep up with in this high heat. NOTE: Most air conditioning systems can only handle a 20' difference between the outside and inside air temperatures. We then sent another technician out to check the system and they found the system is staying at 71' with the outside temperature at 99'. Per your request, we sent a senior technician out to check the system. He found the thermostat read 69' and was satisfied at that temperature. Again, the system is reading within specs of the manufacture and working properly. At this time, we see you have reached out to the manufacture, Carrier, for their recommendations regarding getting the system to 64'. We would be happy to have one of our technicians come when you have that appointment set up as well. Again, we are sorry that this experience has not been the best for you and your family but we are here for you and want you to be comfortable in your home.

I had a whole new HVAC system installed for $13k in my home on Nov 2023. Yesterday it was 100 degrees and what does the system do? Shut down!!!! It has not even been a year yet and we havent even gotten through the SUMMER OF 2024!!!! Talk about frustration!!! Bardi has a line in their moto saying they provide FIRST CLASS SERVICE, if not, they will MAKE IT RIGHT!!! But to install a system and it go out in 7 months is Absurd!!!! Pets and small children sweating and panting!!!! They guarantee SAME DAY service????? How is that the case when by the time they arrive when everyone is suffering from heat stroke, 48 hours later!!!??? I am appalled and HIGHLY upset!!!! I have an appointment today! And I pray they show up because this is a situation I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. Im so sick of these commercial SHARK companies robbing people of our money!!!! It has been soooo unbearable these last couple of days!!!! I didnt even want to leave a star for them PERIOD!!!!!!! But I couldn't submit this complaint without one!!! I paid off the $13k charge in four months!!! They gave me a 10 year span to pay it off, if I had of paid based upon that plan I wouldve came out $24k total, thats with INTEREST ACCUMULATING!!! Theres no way they can continue this type of conduct for their unreliable, state of the art equipment!!

We are truly sorry you had to deal with the heat and issues with your system. I am glad to see we were able to get to you on the same day you reported the issue and resolve this in a timely manner. This truly shows the warranty at work and Bardi standing behind our customers. If we can assist you with anything, please let us know or you can always reach out to our ************* Advocate at *****************************************************************.

I called this company to check my outside A/C condenser. Only blowing cool air. They came out the same day. The techs name was ****. He told me that my coils was very dirty and that was the main problem and it was a little low on freon. So I asked him to clean them. He said he couldn't because it was an older unit that requires R-22 refrigerant. All the newer units use R410A now. And if he cleaned the coils, it would freeze up. And he said no one works on R-22 systems anymore. My best bet was to replace the unit with a new one. Or if I was lucky. I might find a mom & pop local company that maybe still worked on them but he doubted it. Charged me ***** for a service call..I have a very sick wife and it was about to get into to 90's. And I don't have the money for a new system.I called my neighbor who is now retired that was in the heating &air business fir 30 yrs. I told him what the Bardi tech said. And he said he is full of c*** about the unit freezing up if the coils was washed. So I cleaned the myself. And he was right. The unit did not freeze. I spent 2 days straight calling and finally found a local guy who said he did work on units that require R-22. He came out the next morning with some R740 that can be put with R-22 but he checked the mfg tag first and said look this unit is a R410A system. And said if he had of put what he had in the system it would have destroyed it!! He asked didn't the idiot from Bardi check the mfg. tag? I said apparently not. He just wanted to have someone get in touch with me about a new unit! So he went back to his shop and brought back the R410A. My unit took 3 lbs. of freon and it's colder than ever. And he only charged $180.00 I'll never call on Bardi Heating and Air again. And would recommend no one else does either.

I have a contract for regular maintenance, Spring and Fall. Bardi called and scheduled my ************** several weeks out for a specific day, anywhere from 12-5pm. The day arrived, I waited, they never showed. I spent my day waiting around the house and at 4:05pm I received a call that the tech could not make it. No reasons. Bardi will text you when the tech heads your way but you rarely have more than ***** minutes notice so you need to stay close. Your day is committed to the house. When I showed my frustration, I got a call later with an offer of $50 credit toward a future service. So, I guess my time from 12pm-5pm is worth $50. I wonder what Bardi charges for 5 hours?????? They charge more than that for the maintenance call. I have had hefty repair bills over a couple years from Bardi so it's not like they have not profited from me but I guess I am not worth much.
