Company has grabbed our investor use only email address from our website and constantly (2-3 daily) sends us spam email about properties they want us to purchase. We are an institutional multi-family A+ property investment firm that does not purchase nor are we interested in purchasing single family homes. I have tried many ways to get them to stop spamming our investor use only email address. By using their unsubscribe button, by replying directly to the company, and by replying to directly to the "agent" who is listed on the bottom of their spam emails. I've even received a reply to one stating we would be taken off their list. Still, every morning we have two identical emails about some dilapidated old house they want us purchase. Usually it's a different "agent" on each email. This company needs stop randomly grabbing emails off of company websites and putting them on their spam list. Especially ours!Business response

I have been receiving calls and messages directed to a ******* about a property located at ********************************* in ********* ******* for several years. I have repeatedly informed the callers that they have the wrong person as that is not me and not my house. They continue to contact me, sometimes multiple times a day. I was finally able to trace one of the many numbers they used by calling it back. The message on the other end of the call was identified the company as this one. I would like them to stop contacting me.Business response

this company offered to buy my home and agreed to a price. Since then I had zero contact from the company or the owner(*************************). Have tried multi time contacting him to terminate our contact via phone, text, and emails with no response back at all.Initial Complaint

I have asked this company to stop calling me. Unfortunately the company's tactic is to change phone numbers every time they call. It seems to be a latin male and female team looking on behalf of "five" investor groups to cold call people if they want to sell their house. This company has my information from a previous rental. After asking the male how to get them to stop calling me, he told me "change your phone number!" I continued to gather more information, and after offering them an "offer", they still did not return my call with a decision. When they called again, they again asked about the property, **** Ebeneezer *****, AGAIN. It is clear that this is a "boiler room" and they do not respect citizens who have asked them to STOP CALLING.
