    On 10-26-2024,I made a purchase with *********,a nutrition supplement company. I have filed a complaint with that company as well. Hitech pharmaceuticals debited my bank account based on information they retained from a purchase made on 9-11-2024.I did NOT authorize nor issue a payment OR transaction with Hi *******************. This constitutes theft. I at no point or time even contacted Hitech Pharmaceuticals to conduct this transaction.

    An order was placed on our website  on 10/26/2024 at 6:03 pm.  Once the customer contacted us that he did not make the order he was refunded his money on 10/28/2024.  We do not save customer payment information at our company or through our website.

      I have been issued a 'provisional' refund by my Banking institution. This is pending their **************** account does NOT reflect any refund by ******. If for any reason the Bank rules in the favor of HiTech..I will have to reimburse the Bank. This is NOT satisfactory.I am requesting a refund by ******. Again,I have credit card records to show my purchase of their brand was made on a completely different site .Nutrastop shows my c.c was the tender I presented.

    Now that I have time to research it clearly shows this customer is lying when he states Hi-Tech ****************** debited my bank account based on information they retained from a purchase made on 9-11-2024.  We do not retain any credit card information from previous orders.
    One attachment included shows this order was placed online on 10/26/2024 from an IP address in *********, ************ 3 miles from the shipping/billing address entered on the order. Our records indicate the billing address used for this transaction matches the billing address the Bank has on file for this credit card.  Otherwise, the transaction would have been declined by our merchant account.  The ship to address and the billing address were the same.
    Resolution:
    Please see the order history attachment where a refund was issued to the borrower on 10/28/2024. That transaction was unable to complete the refund because the credit card used in the purchase was invalid. Leaving me to suspect the individual cancelled the credit card account.  This individual needs to dispute this transaction with his credit card company as there is no way for us, due to the canceled credit card account, to refund the money.

                  I am rejecting this response because I have already shown the bank the credit card,NOT debit card used for this transaction.I made my purchase through *********, NOT HiTech.I had to be issued a new debit card by my Bank. I no Not have to lie, I did not contact HiTech on **********. I would not make two purchases of the same item from two different companies at the same time.If necessary, I can provide my credit card statement reflecting the purchase.I did NOT use my debit card

    I got my order and both bottles are moldy and the pills are disintegrated. They have mold on one of the bottles.

    We have no information showing that this customer attempted to contact us about this problem. We do not know what the product in question is, where she bought it from, when she bought it, if opened, how it was stored.

    Please advise the customer to call our customer service team at ************ after December 26th (our offices are closed for the long holiday weekend) anytime between 8AM and 4PM EST.

    On 8/23/22 I purchased 2 products from Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals, one of which caused severe bloating and pain, just now when I called to inquire about an exchange of products, I was told by 2 persons, one of which claimed to be an "expert" that I was wrong and the product I was taking (1-AD) does not cause bloating and I should see a doctor and was rudely hung up on and told never to call back again...

    Thank you for the chance to reply. It's always good to have both sides of a story.

    Whether this conversation actually happened is up for debate. We have no men in customer service who would typically answer the phone. In addition, as you will see in the email that this gentleman sent... he claims the person he spoke to had a lisp. No one in the front or back of our office has a speech impediment of any kind. I am solely responsible for emails received in out customer service department and attached is the email this gentleman sent some time after his alleged conversation. I am not sure if this happened on the same day as the alleged conversation or after. What I do know is that this complaint was filed before he sent the email listed below. We are happy to discuss, via email only now, how to process a refund. Remember folks, there are two sides to every story.     I would like a refund for the product (AD-1) that I purchased for Hi Tech, the same product that caused my severe pain and gastric distress... Ideally, i would like an apology and a full refund for the rudeness and unprofessional manner in which I was treated, but I will settle for just a full refund, nothing less... I will not let this matter go until i have been fully refunded for this product...

    In the first email contact with the complainant prior to this BBB process, he was instructed how to receive a refund. An apology was given at that time as well. Please review your original email from me to see how to go about processing a refund. As for any other apologies, one is expected in return due to his unwarranted verbal attack via email with the use of expletives listed in my first reply to this complaint.
