      "Perfect Amino" purchased 6/18/2022; this company has reviews from a seemingly preponderance of elderly people(by descriptors/pictures)who allegedly experienced favorable results when using this product. My elderly Mother wanted to try this, thus I purchased same(order # *******). This product caused her to become quite ill necessitating medical attention. Clearly this is a significantly substandard product causing adverse effects to the health of elderly people. Upon aborting the use of this product per medical recommendations, medical issues/symptoms ceased-confirming the product was the cause. Company contacted today 8/19/2022: customer service rep ********************* was advised of the deleterious effects this had on my Mother. Since this wonderful company has an alleged "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" if unsatisfied for any reason, to be returned within 90 days for a full refund; YOU ONLY PAY return shipping; this suboptimal product is being returned, however for the injured customer to have to pay return shipping is unconscionable. The latter statement by Advanced Bionutritionals is a written testament that speaks directly to this horrific product & the absence of support for their own product. If Advanced Bionutritionals was legitimized as a supplement company, returning the product should be at their cost, particularly when someone has been injured. Hopefully other unsuspecting consumers will read this & understand that this company and its written reviews that are likely concocted, are nothing shy of fraud and decide to not purchase anything from them. To potential consumers: get your amino acids from your diet & if you need supplementation investigate companies that are well-established and KNOWN to be top shelf quality. Do NOT waste your time or money on a company that does NOT provide return shipping for their substandard snake oil products allegedly formulated by doctors who are suspected to be con artists themselves.

      Be advised that I responded readily on 8/25/2022 as per Bionutritionals customer service rep: ********************* to  and spent the following to return the product:

      1) Mailer envelope= $.95

      2) **** First Class Mail with Tracking # that was received in ********, ** on 8/29/2022; This was an additional cost to me of $5.25

        I didn't even submit the medical bills to Bionutritionals,   Thus, to be equitable Bionutritionals should send me an additional check for $6.20 since I had to go out of my way to return the product.    If that is done, this company at least did something favorable and right.

      On July 13, 2022 I ordered online from Advanced Bionutritionals a bottle of Perfect Amino tablets. During the order process I clicked back to the previous page to read it, but apparently the order for one bottle went through even though this company kept trying for me to add more to the order reducing an additional bottle to $31.99, which I refused and clicked the order button. Well, instead of that company catching the mistake, they processed the one transaction into two bottle at $39.99.+$39.99 = $79.98 I did not realize this mistake until I saw the double charge on my online banking ledger. I immediately called their 800 number to notify them of the mistake but I never got through, put on hold, gave up. I decided I didn't want anything more from that company to return all of it unopened.. I wrote emails, got replies one reply read: "To expedite the credit, please include a copy of the packing invoice. If you are unable to locate the invoice, please include a sheet of paper with your name, address, and reason for return on it. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and issued back to your original method of payment." I followed all the steps, returned 2 unopened bottles, paid $13.95 shipping, ********* receipt Tracking Number: **********************, delivered at their PO Box July 28, 9:03 am. I have saved all the emails etc. from this company if needed. Thus far I have received no refund, nor any email that it is in the refund process. I also sent emails from BBB ******** ** to that company to no avail. it is now August 17 and no full refund has arrived. I hope BBB can resolve this matter for the full refund plus the shipping for a total of $93.97 and for this company to care more for their customers. The experience has caused me to distrust them with increasing anxiety since they are medical professionals selling supposedly healthy products mainly to senior citizens like me at age 84 on a limited Social Security low income.

      I am rejecting this response because:  ************ is incompetent and plays time games. The management/owners are out of touch with their own operations signifying they are having cash flow problems.  Out of touch means emails and the 800 number don't synchronize.  The 800 number the last time I tried didn't even greet the caller with a company name and instead went right into that issuferable non stop jazz music.  Finally I called the local number, got through, after my contact with BBB and I  worked with a curteous woman, ******************** who cancelled my subscription for one of the other products from this company and also assisted me in regards to this refund assuring me the shipping cost of $***** paid to ***** because of the 21 day thus far delay would be forthcoming. Those amounts are $39.95 + $39.95 + ***** =  $93.89 .  Thus far this is what has actually occurred.  as shown here as a copy-paste from my oneline banking as of this morning.  I include the bank balance which as you can see is very small and the activity directly before and after ADVANCED BIONUTRITIONAL "refunds" one of which is $21.57 and the other is $39.95.  This means I expect to receive the balance owed of  $32.37 in short order.

      This is not to say "eventually" the entire amount might dribble in and so I reserve the right to continue this complaint until the entire amount is refunded.  Such customer service is inexcusable and when it comes to supposedly bio nutritional supplements a person must question the validity of the product.  They would rather lose a subscription than correct poor business practices with inept management.  It's beyond anything I've experienced before especially compared to smoothly operating results regarding shipping, return shipping, and promised refunds on the Internet these days.  The cost of acquiring customers and losing customers is lost to the owners of this company.

       My Advanced Bionutritionals Account ID#****** and I'm in *********. I placed an order on 07/07/22 for Advanced Lung Support, when I went to checkout it told me it couldn't be processed because of insufficient funds. I never received an order number or order confirmation but when I checked my bank account/card transactions Advanced Bionutritionals had taken payment of $295.12AUD I do have proof of that. I have sent numerous emails and have heard nothing at all. I have tried calling the numbers listed and one tells me it's not connected and other no one answers. I am trying to get my money back or otherwise I'm going to report it to the international police because that is stealing. I have made purchases with them for years and never had any problems.

      On 3/21/22, I made an order for 6 bottles of Tablet Form "Perfect Amino" order# ******* worth $174.48 paid by a check. I had to pay by a check to use a code # to get a discount. They sent the product in powder form and I immediately send the product back via **** and they accepted back on 3/29/2022 with a tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 58. The **** given to me to send back the products is *******. I waited 2 weeks and called Advanced Bionutritionals and they said since it was paid by a check, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for the refund. It has been over 3 months now and after repeated phone calls , put on hold for 30 minutes or more each time and sometimes I get a sales rep. by another phone# and they tried to help me but to no avail. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years with this company and I have an order ready to be ordered but not until I get the $174.48 back. I've exhausted every way I can. Please help.

      I purchased Advanced memory formula on 2/28/22 and received this product 3/10/22.The product has a 90-day refund. The first bottle was not screwed on tight, but I proceeded to take the product and hoping for it to do as promised. I used two bottles and decided to send the rest back. I proceeded to call the number given on the purchase sheet 5/20/22. I called and each time waited 20 minutes. I called approximately 7 times and then decided to call the number for ordering the product. A technician answered on first ring. I told him how I have been calling to send this back. I did not want to just stick in the mail. I wanted confirmation I called before sending product back and also to make sure of the return address and anything I need to send with this. The man was adamant I would not get a refund. saying I was out of the 90 day return, which I was at this point. Although I began trying to reach the company long begore the 90 days were up. I asked to speak with his upper management and I waited on the line for 15 minutes. He came back stating no one answered, and he hung up on me. I am writing to warn people against the company's bad service department and I also want my refund for $123.99.

      On April 1, 2022 I ordered 6 canisters of Perfect Amino Powder with a personal check (#****) which was cleared on or around April 13, 2022. I called on May 4, 2022 to inquire on the status of my order. I spoke with ***** who contacted **************** and she said she straightened everything out and I should be receiving my order in 3-5 business days. I then called on May 13, 2022 and spoke directly with ******* of **************** who reported nothing was done from my previous call on May 4. ******* ******** that their company had cashed my check and that they would be sending out my order immediately and I would receive it in 3-5 business days via **** I did not receive my order. I called again on May 23, 2022, spoke with **************** directly speaking with Georgia. This time I was told the reason I did not receive my order was because their shipping department has a new computer system that does not recognize my address. I explained I received my previous order in March to my address and was told that was on the old shipping computer system. I explained I still receive your companys promotional advertisements in my mail at ************************************************* and was told it was a different computer system. I explained I am verifying my address now by phone and your company cashed my check which also had my address on it, couldnt you communicate this to your shipping department, put the address on my package and send it out to me. I was told they had to go by what their shipping computer informs them. They said they will put a refund check in the mail. When I asked where will you send it, I was told by Georgia it would be *******************************************************. I said if you could send me my refund check to this address, why cant you send me my order? Again I was told she uses a different computer system for the refund. Georgia said she believed my refund check was put in the mail on May 19 and I still have not received that either.

      I would like to thank BBB for your assistance with my complaint.  I am satisfied with the results.  I have received the 7 canisters of Perfect Amino Powder today.  I want to thank Advanced Bionutritional LLC for such a generous gesture.  My only concern is I would like to continue to order products from their company, but it appears for some reason their new computer system that provides shipping labels does not recognize my address so my order continually gets canceled.  Would there be a way to resolve that issue so I can order products in the future without having to go through all this again?

      In early February I thought Id purchased one bottle of their Curcumin . I was stunned to receive 4 bottles AND 3 bottles of Perfect Aminos! What was a $50 buy was now $350! Three months of phone calls and I finally get a refund for $224! They refuse to call or email ! The worst customer service ever !! I returned all of the product and because there was no return sticker I spent $26 on mailing them back. I have all receipts .

      I entered a trial for a product that offered a 90 day trial for a product called ADVANCED MEMORY FORMULA. Ordered 12/19/2021 (product arived late). I have screen shots of the offer when placing the order. I called to return the item and have an audio recording of that call as well. I have also made a number of calls where sometimes I got a person and often can only leave a message. I have been told many times that the credit has been issued. (calls recoreded) I returned product in bottles that were not even used that I paid for so not only have I not been refunded but I litterally paid for product that was returned. Return Tracking number ********************** delivered March 17th 9:23. 88 days passed from the day of order to the date received back to the company. this was a 90 day trial. There were two orders combined into two parts order ******* charged $159.90 and $199.50 these were the dollar amounds I was told I would be refunded. No refund! $359.40 total
