    I spoke with ****** ***** through my Ring Camera as well as the phone. Through the Ring Camera, I clearly stated that I was not interested in his services. Despite this, he left a flyer on my porch. I spoke with him by cell phone and again told him that I was not interested and questioned why he left a flyer. I also left a voicemail for the the owner ****. Despite this, ***** ******* stopped by the the next day and again left a ******* is my understanding that if you ask a business (multiple times) they should stay away from your home. Also, does not ******** have a no solicitation policy/need a permit? It would be nice if ******** enforced their laws. I do not want this company on my property.

    I had Georgia's Best Roofer come out and repair my roof under insurance. This was done in 12/23 We had also agree for them to do some more repairs to my house. Replace siding install some stone along the front of my house. Now currently my roof is leaking and the company will not come and repair my roof. The company is stating i owe them $3500. I have text messages from **** one of the owners of the company stating he would accept the amount that we agreed to because of the damage caused by there company. I have attached the damage and the amount I sent to **** that he agreed to. This company needs to come and repair the leak that i still have in my roof.

    ****** ***** owes us $3,526 from the roof replacement we completed. He decided to keep the rest of the money. I let him know that his warranty would only be in effect once he pays off the remaining balance. I offered payment plans and ways to help him. He informed me that he was not going to pay anything else. Therefore, he has no active warranty with Georgia's Best Roofer.
