      I bought the Platinum Edition Replacement Salt Cell For Hayward T-Cell-9 in July 2021 with a 5-Year Warranty. The cell stopped producing or working March 2025. I tried contacting the company with no response. Buyer Beware!

      I bought a Platinum Salt Cell generator and it didn't work from day 1. I called the Salt Pool Store multiple times, but the auto system hung up on me every time regardless whether I tried to get tech support or sales. I e-mailed multiple times and never received a reply. The company is a SCAM!!

      Wish I could leave a 0 star. Doesn't answer phones, phones will automatically hang up on you if you sit on hold too long. Doesn't answer emails. Doesn't honor warranty. Chat function doesn't work. Literally drop-ships chinese garbage to you and then disappears. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, ITS NOT WORTH THE FEW DOLLARS YOU'LL SAVE.

      Cell stopped working in less than 2 years. I requested warranty claim 10 days ago and have not heard a word other than confirmation of my request. I have tried calling, email and chat. NO RESPONSE! You get what you pay for (shit). Move on to another company.

      If I could leave a 0 I would. The salt cell advertised is not compatible with the Hayward AquaRite System as stated on the website. I have contacted their tech support, who responded once, telling me to do an update on the Hayward system. I contacted *******, and they stated there is no update needed; only genuine Hayward products will work with the system. All others are fraudulent. I have contacted Salt Pool Store several times, but they have not responded. I requested a return and refund, I did get a response with specific instructions on how to return the item. But I was told I need a return number. To which I have not received. I have asked numerous times via email and chat. I have tried calling both numbers provided, but no one has answered. It is CLEAR they are running a scam operation.

      SCAM, DON'T DO IT!! The Platinum T-15 replacement cell I received never worked, not for 1 minute. Shipped with a broken thermistor, only reads that the water in the pool, 68 degrees, is too hot. Countless emails and calls for over 2 months, only 1 automatic reply, nothing else. Might as well have thrown my $400 out the window.

      Beware !!!!! This is a fake company.The products they offer are of poor quality. I bought one that supposedly had a 5-year warranty, it lasted a year, and they never honored the warranty.
