  I have a UCC-1 lien on a Dodge Ram 1500, and due to a default, I legally claimed ownership of the vehicle. A legal expert confirmed that my paperwork and contract supersede any third-party claims to the vehicle.On December 8, 2024, a representative from *************************************** attempted to repossess my truck. However, the ******************************** confirmed that the vehicle legally belonged to me and advised the company that they had no valid claim to take it. The officers instructed the company to report this information to their client, but they failed to provide any supporting documentation.On February 13, 2025, the same company made another unlawful attempt to take the vehicle. At the time, I was sitting inside the truck outside my wifes workplace due to a medical condition that requires constant supervision. According to the law, a repossession cannot take place while a person is inside the vehicle.When I called the ******************************* for assistance, I expected them to uphold the law. Instead, I was met by two uninformed officers who relied on ****** for legal guidance. I requested a supervisor, but my request was denied. I was then forcibly removed from my truck, tased, and my vehicle was unlawfully taken and transferred to an unauthorized party in **********Since this incident, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter. However, *************************************** has refused to acknowledge my legal ownership documents or discuss the matter in good faith. They continue to ignore my rightful claim and have been completely uncooperative.Desired Resolution:I am requesting the following:The immediate return of my vehicle.A formal investigation into the unlawful repossession.Compensation for damages, legal fees, and distress caused by this incident.This matter requires urgent attention, as my rights have been violated, and I expect appropriate corrective action to be taken

  To whom it may concern,
  
  On February 13th, 2025, our driver who was actively working on a new repossession assignment {assignment opened with our company for the first time 01-15-2025, we did not have this order at any point in 2024} for the lien holder {name withheld for ************ privacy} of the 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 in question. Our driver spotted the unit at the address of **************. SE in Conyers Georgia and proceeded to engage in a peaceful repossession of the vehicle. Our agent had backed up to the vehicle with a standard wheel lift wrecker and made initial contact with the vehicle and began to secure it for transport.  ************ then appeared on the scene from an unknown location and entered the vehicle to prevent the recovery, disputing the lien holder claim to ownership while claiming he had paperwork showing he had rightful ownership to the vehicle. Our driver stopped and refrained from the recovery effort to hear *** *************** During this time **** ********, who was also now present, had summoned the Rockdale County Sheriffs office to the scene. Deputies from the sheriffs ***** Spoke to both *** and **** ******** regarding their ownership claims. It was determined by the deputies that the ******** proof was insufficient to non-existent and asked ************ to release the vehicle to our agent. *********** became argumentative with the deputies resulting in a scuffle and subsequent arrest of ************ {police report is public records and is ready and available} which was witnessed by our driver and **** ******** who sat idle off to the side. **** ******** pleaded with ************ to cease and desist to no avail, and ************ was transported from the scene. Once the event concluded,both the deputies on site and **** ******** released the vehicle to our driver who then completed the recovery peacefully and left the scene.
