    Horrible customer service! The owner **** came out with a contractor to to do a ceiling and master bathroom repair. He started with the ceiling. This was an insurance claim that was to be completed. The adjuster provided estimates have the totals to be paid upon completion.upon completion I express my dissatisfaction with the job. **** stated this 12x16 spot in my kitchen ceiling costed him $4500 to repair. Not realizing I read the estimate. He later sent another contractor to begin the master bathroom work. The contractor that was sent was under the impression he was there to complete something totally different. **** took the check sent from the insurance and cashed it upon me telling him I no longer needed his services! He after confronting him he brought a cashiers check shorted by $2127.17, stated he took out the ceiling repair. Again on an unfinished repair without my permission be **** of this guy! Save yourself the headache.
