The WORST company ever. My home warranty company has a contact with this company. They are not professional at all ESPECIALLY ******** that answers the phone. I have been waiting for service on my AC UNIT for over a week. IT has been very hot we have asthma dx and some kids with heat rashes going on. She didnt set up my follow up appointment which all was need is a plug. I told her to be professional. You dont need my consent to come and finish the job. She blocked me. REALLY. SO now we have to suffer more. All this over a missing part. So frustrated

Thank you but the first thing you said was your ***************** You are not our customer and my staff will not take abuse from anyone. You are correct that your warranty Company contracted us to repair your unit but they did not provide all of the necessary parts to repair the system, not even the Correct Compressor but we tried to work through it, Everything was completed as far as we could go and the warranty Company has to order the part which never was ordered. We tried to address the issue ourselves and you started that you were going a different route and hung the phone up on my representative. Working with warranty Company is not easy for the Company or Home Owner when problems occur and therefore we elected not to work with this Company anymore because of this very reason. We can repair a system and get paid but we will not take abuse and not get paid. Our reputation is better than working with a Company that will make it otherwise. We tried to work this out but sometimes you have to walk away. I'm sorry you are in the middle but we are in business to make money and warranty Company are the winner and we get the negative review.. Thank you Management!
