Venture Roofing is amazing. ***** and his crew are all very professional. Extremely respectful of property. ***** helped me shingle color as I was pretty clueless what might work. The color he chose is perfect and looks just great. This roof replaced a 21yo roof. We knew there would be some carpentry repairs needed. The repairs done look so good. The crew did such a great job, I have recommended Venture to anyone who is looking for a new roof.Review from Julie J

Im not 100% sure I got what I purchased. I requested a particular shingle, and I feel that I got a close match. That non-disclosed omission is very disappointing. I also did not get some smaller items that I was promised. They were very fast, which is a good thing. But, I would have preferred to wait for the product I requested.On a separate note and not at all related, I had difficulty communicating with some of the workers because they all spoke Spanish as their first language, and they spoke little to no English. There were some safety concerns surrounding this since we couldnt communicate with each other.

You decided on ***** Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black color. We put on Duration Onyx Black. The smaller items you were promised we are here to help at any time ************. We completed all work and gave you a certificate of completion per your request. We completed the work the first week of October of 2023. We do have Spanish speaking people in our installation crews. ***** who is your project manager was there the day of the job all day and he was able to answer any of your questions in English. I know that reviews are important to be authentic and real, however this one is not truthful at all.
************************* reached out to us from ***** Corning to find a contractor. She knew the product she wanted. She wanted Duration Onyx Black shingles. We installed Duration onyx black shingles. We have been reaching out to her to see if we can talk and if there is something wrong and she will not answer or respond to a text. We have tried just a couple of times. It is really bad to have such a terrible review for something we did not do and it not truthful.
The next point is the Hispanic part. ************************* was the project manager on site and was there all day. ******, the lead on that crew, speaks perfect English. The fact that she was upset about the fact we speak Spanish in our crews seems like a low blow. Never once did she bring this to our attention while putting the roof on or act that question before the signing of contracts.

I received a recommendation for Venture Roofing after my insurance adjustor confirmed damage to my roof. *****************************, my Venture Roofing representative, promptly came to my house, inspected my roof, and explained the process. The next morning I received a reasonable estimate from Venture for replacing my roof and set up a date with ********* for the actual replacement. The roofing team came promptly, completed the work on time, and cleaned up everything when they finished. ********* inspected the work after the team was done. I didnt have to pay anything until the process was complete and I was satisfied. Thanks to *********s professionalism and honesty and the excellent work done by this company, I am so glad that I chose Venture Roofing to replace my roof.
