    This sick company bought old debt illegally and proceeded to use illegal business practices to collect it. Now we have proof. From Aug to Oct 2023, I was contacted by three companies seeking the same debt -- First Financial was one of them. They contracted with a law firm that also masquerades as a debt collector to intimidate the funds out of me. Now, here in June 2024, I have a notice from a court that First Financial settled claims for ***** fraud, debt collection, and fair business practice violations. I reached out to them, to ****************** (their law firm that pretends to be a debt collector), BBB, and the MI Attorney General to do something about it. No one acted, and First Financial illegally stole my money. If anyone is reading this, just know organized crime is alive and well and First Financial is one of the players. Their attachments in their responses are boilerplate language saying they abide by the law; well, this settlement that I just joined against them says differently.

    I received a letter about garnishment to contact the magistrate ****** I contacted the magistrate ***** and was told to contact First Financial Investment Funds And Holdings to find out that the company does not exist. My check is being garnished and neither magistrate ***** that I was instructed to contact cant find anything on me or show where I am being garnished. Im being garnished to the point that o can barely live. I dont know what to do or know who to contact about this matter.

    I received a garnishment letter from this company that does not exist or have any contact information. The courts do not see anything under my name

    These folks contract with multiple unscrupulous debt collection companies to collect debts that don't even exist. I had to scroll through legal filings to find a contact for them. They are now masquerading as First Financial ***************** In August 2022 I was sent three letters from three different companies seeking to collect the same erroneous debt. They all represent this fraud of a company. Collecting debt is a dishonorable profession as it stands; First Financial **************** or Financial Investment or whoever they are are making sure they take their fraud to wholly new levels by contracting with multiple companies to make multiple communication attempts. They are sick.
