      Received a collection notice under account number ******** alleging a balance for $8,356 from farmers insurance. Have never had farmers insurance, and have never been contacted by farmers. ***************** had absolutely no knowledge of the alleged debt, nor anything on file regarding myself. The notice says I have 30 days from 6/19/23 to dispute or the claim will be considered valid. Contacted their office (no answer), and their mailbox is also full. They give you deadlines and dont even provide an avenue to obtain clarification over the balance, or to obtain proof of debt validation. Appears the company intentionally creates obstacles to hinder anyone attempting to dispute a claim.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Farmers Insurance has assured me there is nothing on file. How do you expect people to communicate with the company when no one answers, and the voicemail is full. 

      secondly assuming the debt was actually accepted by the company, the owner of the unit was already informed the damage occurred prior to me moving into the unit (2017) which far surpasses the statue of limitations (3yrs) for property damage here in ******, therefore I will await the validation of debt and take necessary legal action.

      I was contacted back in March about an outstanding debt with a credit card company that I had opened a credit card with a few years back. I did have a debt that needed to be paid. I set up a payment arrangement, and have completed all three months of payments. The first to payments reflected on my credit card statement, however, the third one has not, and its been over a month. Im just looking to have the final payment I made on May 11th, 2023 to reflect on my statement, so it can show on my credit report that this has been paid in full. Thank you.

      The issue is that the final payment is not reflecting on the credit card balance, unlike the first two. I called the credit card company, and they said they are still waiting on a check.

      I took out a loan with the original creditor ******** due to being behind on multiple bills, I had every intention of paying off the loan but I was terminated from multiple jobs along with no financial assistance, no unemployment benefits, I was evicted from my home along with having my vehicle repossessed and living on the streets, shelters or in vacant properties. I barely have $2 dollars in my account or pocket. I am estranged from my family and friends so I have NO help there. I was medically forced to take a leave of absence due to ongoing mental health issues and I attempted suicide multiple times due to my current financial circumstances along with a six year relationship where I was abused daily and raped often. I am asking that the debt be forgiven and I told the representatives MULTIPLE TIMES that I have no income to pay this debt or my other debts along with expenses. The representative kept BADGERING into paying a small portion when I do not even have bus or rideshare money to get around for job interviews. I want this debt forgiven plus $1000 for the ***** Violation and my money that I paid towards this loan back. In addition, I am having some issues with my mental health which will keep me from working full-time and I will not have any other money towards this debt or some of medical expenses and as mentioned I am living on the streets with no one to help, etc.

      First Financial Asset Management called me saying I owed over $1700 for a car accident in September 2022. I paid off this amount and then was told they needed an additional $700 to resolve the matter. The only problem (which I just found out today) is that the insurance company that the driver of the other vehicle uses never sent my case to FFAM. They have scammed me out of almost $2000 thus far and I will be cancelling my debit card so they do not receive any more money from me.

      Hello,I received a letter dated April 5, 2023 and an enclosed document from your organization. The letter indicates, in part, that you contacted the creditor and enclosed documentation purportedly verifying the debt. The enclosed document is one statement, which is not a sufficient response.I respectfully reiterate my request for verification of the debt. Please provide the following information:1. the identity of the original creditor for the alleged debt; 2. any agreements for credit made between the original creditor and me;3. the original account number and any subsequent account number(s) used in relation to the alleged debt;4. the amount of the alleged debt including each item allegedly charged to the account, when it was charged, and the amount that was charged for each item; and 5. how you determined the amount of the debt that you say I owe. Please include any late fees, over limit fees, default interest rates, membership fees that you counted in figuring out how much I supposedly owe.Your prompt response would be appreciated.Thank you.

      They contacted me to collect a debt (I am not even sure it was a legitimate debt), and called me recently and substantially increased the amount on the original bill. They claimed that it was the doing of the company that sold them the debt. The original debt was $1738.09. Now they saying that this debt is in the $20,000 range. When I asked about it the phone representative was evasive.
