    I have sent numerous emails and urgency notice for my hardship leasing permit to the property managers. I have been barely contacted and they avoided couple of my calls and my agents call. I need to resolve an issue as soon as possible but they are just ignoring it. When my agent called one day, their manager was busy setting up a party.

    My vehicle was parked in my neighborhood, an area where residents and guests have parked for the past two years without issue. Despite clear signage indicating "Private Parking" which implies that resident and guest parking is permitted the NEW property manager ****** ***** affixed a large violation sticker on my driver's side door, labeling my vehicle as being in a "No Parking Zone" and threatening towing. ****** admitted to personally placing the sticker and referenced that she saw the "Private Parking" signs, claiming she plans to request the signs be changed to no parking when the new board is finalized. However, the existing signage does not prohibit parking in this area, nor do the neighborhood governing docs support such restrictions. Furthermore, this action contradicts the past enforcement practices of the previous property manager from Inner Management Services, ******* ******.Also, proper violation procedures were not followed. I did not receive a prior warning, letter, or any form of communication before the sticker was applied. Instead, an email was sent only after the sticker had already been affixed to my vehicle. The removal of the sticker resulted in significant adhesive residue that caused damage to my vehicle. I have obtained an estimate from an auto shop for the removal and repair, which amounts to $100. Given that this enforcement action was unjustified and improperly executed, I am formally requesting reimbursement for the damages in the amount of $100. Even if there was a violation, ****** ***** and Inner Management Services had no right to damage my vehicle.If no reimbursement is provided, I will pursue further avenues to ensure accountability and reimbursement. In addition, vehicles continue to park (daily) in the same exact spot without any violation given to them. Selective Reinforcement by an HOA is not permitted in this state. I will ensure that Inner Management is held accountable for Selective Reinforcement violations as well.

    This company handles HOA expenses. I live in a town home community with absolutely NOTHING but the townhomes. We pay $480.00 a year. I asked for a financial audit June 21, 2023 and was denied with no reason as to why. They just sent an update on pay for the upcoming year and it is now almost $800.00 a year. We do not have a pool, basketball court, playground nothing! They do not replace mulch yearly or provide termite services to home. I do that myself through terminix. I am worried that they are taking our funds for themselves.

    This company is supposed to manage my neighborhoods HOA. We pay $800 a year for this. They have not kept the pool clean despite the residents numerous complaints. The pool is now closed by the County because its not been properly cleaned. They dont answer emails or phone calls.

    HOA of our home Fairington Enclave in ********** has been neglected. We pay ****** in HOA fees a year and nothing gets done each year. I mean nothing . The emails barely get a response and when you do its false information. The detention pond hasnt been cut in over a year. The shrubs are growing larger than the front doors. The grass is not maintained at all. Its now growing mushrooms in the grass. The houses dont get pressure washed. The up keep of the property is ridiculous. There are a lot of renters but the owners still deserve a well maintained property..

    MME *** and Inner Management managing company have entered into an contractual agreement which requires both *** and Community to work together. The company often times can find themselves serving as a mediator between the *** members and the community. When that happens management companies must be able to distinguish themselves as a moralistic compass and guide. In this case the MC has failed the constituent on both parties *** board and the community. This has resulted in a complete breakdown between *** board and community. The company should recuse themselves and end the contract with the community.
