On 2/25/2024 around 1 am my car was parked on ************************************* in *********** when the insured driving a trailer attempted to make a right turn and hit my parked car. I filed a claim with their insurance and they are refusing to take full liability on this and they are putting my partly at fault since my car was parked in a 'No Standing' zone which shouldn't matter since my car wasn't moving at the time.US DOT for the truck is ******* Name of the company is A&B Trucking of NY *** Their insurance carrier is National Independent *************** Policy # is A9968-07 *********** running this claim is **************************** which is a Custard Insurance company. The claim # is ******. I was originally dealing with *********************** (contact info ************ ****************************** And then was notified by ******* of their decision. ********* contact info is ************ *********************************** Any attention in helping me resolve this issue is appreciated. Over 5 years ago I was offered a huge settlement from CHS after making a claim to ************************ in ****** *******. I was even interviewed on NPR by the then Mayor of ****** regarding said settlement. I still have received nothing despite my dozens of attempts to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

I have a claim with cluster insurance from being hit by a Fed ex truck. I signed my settlement on April 4, 2022, I spoke to my adjuster who name is ********************* in which was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional however he inform me that he received my paperwork the end of April and give it time, however I spoke to his supervisor in which she gave me a whole different story, Im entitled to my money, no one is on a professional level. They is saying anything to get me off the phone . I been should have received my check. I believe because I told **************** that I would call bbb it seem He is not responding to me or my lawyer
