    I placed an order on the app 7/17 and experienced a glitch, instead of being delivered the following monday as requested it was on its way that same day. I called the restaurant to request a stoppage and literally no one could help. I used a rewards credit card that does not allow refunds, I kindly asked if the balance can be placed on a gift card instead. All of this was for my nieces birthday. The employee told me id have to place the $145 order again. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

    I have reviewed orders from 7/17 and 7/16 and have not been able to locate an order placed by this individual.  I need more information to locate the order and would love to have the customer contact me directly.  I have reviewed delivery orders and do not have anything for those days over $50 and do not have any order from the name provided in this complaint.  As a business owner I receive and take care of customer issues daily.  ******* knows to have the customer contact me directly so I am not sure what happened in this case.

    Sometimes when rewards points are used, the customer needs to contact our corporate headquarters to receive their points back.  I do not have the ability to transfer rewards points to a gift card.  If that is what the customer asked for I would have asked them to contact Crumbl Corp.

    I would like the opportunity to take care of this.
