I paid Hall County Pressure Washing $475 (by check) to clean my home's driveway and sidewalks on July 18, 2022. The bleach concentration used for the pressure washing equipment was too high, which badly burned my ******* grass in several large areas of my front and back yard and killed the flowers in two areas planted in the front beds. I called *********************, the company owner, the following day to inform him of the damage and my concern the grass may have been killed (not just burned). I told him I would wait a couple of weeks to see if the grass would survive, which it did, before deciding how much of a refund I would request. **** told me someone would come out to replace my dead flowers, which never occurred even after a couple of follow-up texts in August 2022.My $475 check was finally cashed on Nov. 11, 2022. I called and left a voice message on Dec. 12, 2022, to request a $100 refund for the burnt grass and dead flowers (which would have cost me $150 to replace). I also sent an email on Dec. 14, 2022, but still haven't heard from anyone. I would much rather handle this problem by speaking with **** directly rather than have to submit this formal complaint, but it's apparent he's not willing to contact me. Hall County Pressure Washing's website states "honesty, integrity and satisfaction guaranteed", but that's not true based on my experience.
