            On **** I spent 3 1/2 hours at Tre Bella Salon having my hair colored & cut by *******. ******* also worked on next two appointments after mine completing 3rd appt while I sat with my hair in sink for 3 1/2 hours. Haircut was uneven and not completed with over 2 inches cut off. Toner applied over 3 times, 1rst color turned lavender, 2nd turned back to color came in with, 3rd turned hair dull nameless color! ******* indicated she couldn't continue and I should return 5/5 after washing several times to remove toner from my hair. My hair was left unstylied. For this service I was charged $125. with a request for a tip, totaling $135. I left salon in tears as neither cut or color was what I requested. Once I got home I canceled my 5/5 appointment as I'm afraid to see what would occur at next appointment. Tried contacting ******* but she indicated she took proper steps, however, I indicated trying to complete 3 peoples' hair instead of concentrating on one appointment creates problems! Now I need to find a new hairdresser to correct haircut and color.
