Looking to relocate to a warmer climate we were pleasantly surprised to find CW Williams Homes and their lovely communities. We settled on the larger ********* Floor Plan as it was just what we were looking for with so much more! This builder truly offers customizable luxury living at a very affordable price compared to where we moved from in the ********* ***** ** *** The whole experience left us feeling like we were treated to the best of the best. The whole team including Chase the sales person, ***** the electrician, etc. were excellent at what they did to create our home. This included ****** ** ******** ******** who guided us through our selection process for ceiling fans, Exterior lights, to gorgeous interior entryway and dining area lighting, etc. By the end of our visit our home was fully equipped and made comfortable with amazing energy saving fixtures. Yes, this Builder gives a generous allowance towards your selections and we couldn't be more pleased. Another amazing professional that we were recommended to by the Builder was ***** **** ******** ******* She worked with us for the classic 2 inch blinds we wanted. They are so expertly fitted that we have beauty, function, and privacy plus the benefit of having had them perfectly installed. It's a clean, beautiful look that enhances the gorgeous woodwork trimmed windows throughout. Elegance and charm adorn these homes in their design, quality materials and good workmanship. The granite counters from kitchen to second bathroom are stunning. No "builders' grade" here. The ******** tile master shower was not an extra and neither was the sod, lawn irrigation system, beautiful brick fireplace, garage door opener, and painted garage. All are part of the package when you purchase a C.W. Williams Home. We feel incredibly blessed and thankful that the Lord has led us to such a wonderful and well-crafted home.

Horrible experience. Contracted them to build a custom home. - Improper grading around the entire property. Result - I have two rivers that run on both sides of my home. Standing water on one side of the house, severe erosion on the other side that has undercut my driveway and will now require expensive work to correct. This further resulted in a pond forming in my back yard. Builder refused, and still refuses to fix this issue. The home failed every inspection through the build process. - The stairs had to be ripped out and redone. Discovered builder used the dead space under the stairs to hide garbage. - Ceiling joists over spanned - Untreated wood against concrete - Over cut I-Joists - Inadequate wire protection - Siding resting on concrete – not fixed - Improper vapor barrier installation - Many more write-ups - Builder failed to follow the agreed upon home plan. This resulted in a different front elevation, and different master bath shower than planned. - Air conditioner had a bad contactor 2 years after installation. I called out a repairman. He discovered that the builder never registered the AC system. Because of this I only have a 5 year and not a 10 year warranty on my AC system. My neighbor, also a CWW home, has the same issue. During the build process I had to call out and have corrections made numerous times -- Improper installation of roofing and side shakes. -- Improper and sloppy installation of shower tiles -- Improper grading – this was ignored -- Open gaps that were missing molding -- Wrong rail stiles installed – redone -- Wrong shower tile install – redone I thought I was the only one with issues, but I have encountered many more people that have and have had issues with this builder. I’m just the one mad enough to start formally complaining. In my opinion, this builder should not be allowed to build and I don’t recommend anyone buy a home from them.
