    I purchased a mattress from this company. Order **** date 2/27/23. I purchased a Marquis mattress for $2,849.00. It was delivered to me on 3/16/23. After a couple of weeks my back was hurting each morning after sleeping. The advertising clearly indicates a 180 day return policy, and I quote: “no questions asked”. I have attempted to contact the company to arrange for a return, both using the email previously used with them and by phone many times. They do not answer the phone and all messages are being ignored completely. I have indicated in a message I would pursue all legal means and the company remains fully unresponsive. I simply want to return the bed which is in perfect condition and receive a full refund to my credit card.

    Purchased The Marquis mattress and base from the Co online on July 27th 2020 paid 2699.00$ Order number **** We choose this company because they were made in the USA AND they had a 10 year warranty on the mattress. In March the mattress started sagging and has dips causing us to not be able to sleep. I reached out to the company which still has an active website selling mattresses. I sent an email to the “support” on 4/17/23. Someone responded and asked for the order number so they could start my claim. I supplied the order number and have yet to be able to reach anyone. They do not return emails and do not answer the phone. I have since sent 12 emails and call everyday, leaving messages. I want the mattress replaced like their warranty says they do, it is less than 3 years old.
