    I'm a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income. I purchased a patriotic quilt from charming favor quilt. They said, it was money back guarantee. When I received said "Quilt ",it reminded me of a cheap hotel bedspread. I was so thankful for the money back guarantee. However, when I notified the company, they said that I would need to return it to ***** at my expense. They said that they would give me half my money back because the cost of shipping back to ***** is expensive. Buyer Beware. This is not a quilt.

    I have been scammed out of $200 from this company or boyand he has yet to sit and give me a way that I found out that was on another company that he took pictures of weeks later. He keeps saying that its gonna be shipped out. I told him it was for wedding that I still have yet to receive. I dont understand people like him that can just take stuff like that. That means something so much to people that they work so hard for.

    Richard ******* Flowers is an absolute scammer. His wig specials routinely run near the end of month (rent time?) and he always request payment via cash app for his special priced wigs. I ordered 26 Jan 24 and I have initiated multiple follow-**** He continued to state he is shipping but nothing ever delivers. After 11 requests for status of ordered product I was blocked on ******** because I posted our correspondence and his lack of delivery so that others wouldnt be scammed. He then does the most expected thing that scammers do which is to scream harassment. This does not put fear in my world and I want justice for everyone he has scammed. This is not his first rodeo at scamming and his trail can clearly be followed. It is my intent to never let this issue go and I will contact the attorney general for resolution as well. He treads just below the threshold for small claims court and this is why he is able to continue stealing from people. He also knows it is next to impossible to retrieve your money when using a payment vehicle such as cash app. His actions of thievery is one of the primary reasons it is difficult to support small black owned businesses. I just received a cash app notice that my cash app refund request has expired. I sent another request. If only Id googled him before I purchased.

    I was also scammed. I placed an order and paid through the Cash App as per their request, but I haven't received my wig. I have retained proof of the text and receipt of the money. I have asked for a reimbursement. No refund ... If I could I would have given him a 0 star for taking innocent people money. It's time to take further action.

    I was scammed as well. I ordered a wig on August 22, 2022 for $399 and today is April 18, 2023 and I have not received it. He only accepts Cash App or Apple Pay because he knows it's hard to get your money back. I have sent him messages via ******** messenger and he doesn't repond. It hurts when you put your trust and try to patronize black owned businesses and this is what happens. I have been following Richard for over seven years. The pics he post on his current page are old wigs, to lure in his victims. He needs to be stopped.

    If I could put 0 stars, I would. I ordered a wig January 2021. It is April 2023, and I still have not received a unit. He replies to my texts faithfully and promises the unit, but I have not received it. We should all file a civil case against this man. His business should really be shut down. It is so sad that we cannot support Black business.

    It's been 1 year and 4 months since a payment of $828 sent to Richard *********************************** via Apple pay and I yet to get my order. This guy is a big example why we have a hard time supporting black business.

    I know this. He is a big liar. I ordered a wig from this liar. He kept giving me excuse after excuse. He know **** well he stole my money. Well I dont care what he says. But I do know this much. I have ALL the receipts from him. I have contacted the ************************** Its just a matter of time. He will be charged with fraud. Im not living at ALL. So let him keep on taking peoples money. He will be sorry. In a few months it will be all iover for him. Its about 20 women he has screwed., that has contacted the federal commission. We all have proof that money was sent to him. No product sent for the money that he got. Well it will happen soon. You just cant keep taking from people and think you are not going to have to pay. If you are one of the victim. And have proof in writing. Response to this. We armgoing tbring him down. I just want him to see, what happens. Thanks

    This guy is a rude lying scammer, He stole my money July 2020.. And he"s still arguing with me and refused to refund my money, he never sent the wig. He will make every excuse, and he will continually tell you it's on the way, give him a few more weeks but he has no intentions of sending it to you.Once you threaten to expose him he will try and scare you with threats.It's impossible to get your money back from most banks and credit unions after 60 days and he knows that.. The courts are open so I am filing a civil suit against him I have reported him to the ****** THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION This is who you need to file a complaint with also They report this to local law enforcement and investigate on our behalf.. They are very serious and gets results They eventually will take his license and shut him down if everyone reports this to them.A lot of the Women are very young and hes betting that you don't know what to do... Please contact the *** and file a civil suit against him To get your refund
