    Attempted to steal money for maintenance repairs already paid. On 4/29/2021 we paid for $150.00 maintenance repair semiannual tune-ups. First tune-up was completed but I reached out to the company reminding them they failed to contact us about the second tune-up. we told them on another occassion after we paid that we no longer want to use them because they wanted to charge us $5000 to replace the AC when a easier fix would save us money. they responded in summary "saying" the owner didn't want to use them for any repairs. we later corrected them to clear up there confusion and let them know that we had already paid for this bi annual service and would like a refund if they couldn't provide the service. They refused and said they will not honor this request for refund eventhough we ere reminding them instead of them letting us know. We have a warranty contract for appliance repairs that is another reason why we coulndn't use they for repairs. The AHS warranty doesn't cover maintenance tuneups. we let them know that them not honoring the service agreement or not providing a refund is theft on 11/22/2021. we told them there should be a system set up in place to catch crooks like this who let you pay for a biannual maintenance service that they should be following up on if the company cancels. 12/13/2021 spoke with ***** the office manager about the company stealing money from us and there willing to refuse to send us a refund check. I asked her to FORWARD the email that she said she sent and she stated she sent the email stating we will receive the check. i received the email with no FWD sign. a lie. We had to twist there arm just for them to send a email stating they will give us a refund. they said it will take 30 days but the way the office manager spoke to me (rude calling me names) I don't think they will. So we requested a apology letter and refund assistance from BBB. 2) incorrect address on invoice. 3) issued check with incorrect name on it. apology neede

    Under specked our home for the proper system, never got the system properly working for an entire year. Over charged us for accessories; $750 plus &95 install to replace our existing thermostats ( online cost less than $125 each) because they couldnt make ours work, etc and then told us to basically pound sand, that they would send the same techs back out to fix what they couldnt fix multiple times. Do your research! Check out other companies! Canadys is local to us
